Dr Das is amazing. I recently joined this surgery under her and I can't compliment her highly enough. I have several complicated health conditions that she makes time to help me sort out the right treatment and management. She has helped me with referrals and answers questions honestly and openly. After years of 'suffering in silence' I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. Without question the best gp I have seen in YEARS if ever. The reception staff are usually extremely helpful too - when they can't help they usually point you in the right direction.

I travelled from cornwall because of the death of my father, who was my Nan's main carer. The receptionists here were very kind, thoughtful and helpful. My nan who has dementia is one of their patients and they are very helpful whenever I ring up.

Dr Das is amazing!!! Thank god she is there!!!! Just joined and saw another doctor first who is an extremely rude and uncaring . How he is still practicing I will never know!!!! After being at another surgery locally for years and was very caring and helpful, even the receptionist were on the whole really approachable where this surgery there are two who are not!!!

Just tried to get an an appointment with Dr Das. Very unhelpful receptionist who wasn't interested in listening and refused all access to a doctor unless I was lucky when phoning at 8 am.I really hope the surgery stays open but a change in office staff would be very welcome.
With such a poor attitude it's no wonder the surgery gets such dismal reviews.

The worst doctors surgery I have ever experienced. After being 21 years of age and weighing 8st I contacted my doctor at the surgery for them to tell me that I am too eat more... That's all well and good but I have an eating disorder and simply being told to eat more will push me into the opposite direction. After being referred by the occupational health team for being stressed and having high anxiety, the Doctor at this surgery told me to go to the library and read a book!! And then after being directed my 111 to be seen on an emergency basis at the surgery, the receptionist told me no appointments were available. Then when the professionals on the 111 service called on my behalf, an appointment was then made.
I have never been treated with such disrespect, discrimination and in such a undignified way. I compel anyone that uses this surgery to also provide feedback as I feel that the surgery has little conviction to diagnose any condition or provide any medical treatment. Without a doubt the worst surgery ever... Please provide more feedback to show this surgery for its true colours.

This surgery has been "taken over" by the limes and is being run as a satellite branch. Basically for most people in Garlinge The Limes would have been the only surgery they could register with when the Garlinge surgery was due to close. Obviously the people who run The Limes saw this coming and not wanting am extra 3000 patients at its surgery in Margate, took over this place and is staffing it with Locums. No online booking or prescription service and (illegally) No named GP for patients. I have made an official complaint. If you are lucky enough to be able to do so, choose another (any other) surgery.

This is the most horrific surgery I have ever been to. They never answer the phone after 4 days of me calling and when I arrive to book an appointment I booked through a nasty receptionist who was clearly not having a good day and decided to huff and puff at me when I told the old pig I just wanted to book an appointment. By the time I seen the doctor he was so off in his own bubble I don't think he listened to half of what I was trying to explain. Avoid this terrible terrible establishment at all costs!

This is the worst doctors surgery i have ever experienced. Since The Limes have taken it over it has gone downhill rapidly. I can never get an appointment to see a doctor (Human being), all consultations ive had have been over the phone.
Just before christmas i had a phone consultaion and was then advised to go and pick up some urgently needed medication. I ordered a taxi to take me there, and found it to be shut. i then called the limes who told me my prescription would be at boots the next day. So i was in pain another day.
I went to boots only to be told nothing had come through and i needed to pick it up from the limes. Something i just could not do being in the uncomfortable state i was in, and also being assured that the prescription would be in boots the next morning. what an absolute mess. Thankfully boots helped.
I am stunned that a doctors surgery is even allowed to operate like this. and hope that i can find somewhere else soon. As i feel my health is not cared about at this surgery.

One star was awarded as there was no option to award zero stars. Very poor service indeed. The receptionists are pleasent and against all odds attempt to be of help. The Dr that I've seen twice was late on both occasions and her manner once she did decide to grace us with her presence was equally unprofessional. I wondered at one point if the janitor was in fact filling a gap in the rota. Poor knowledge and patient care.

Surely the CQC know how appalling this surgery is, and haven't done a thing about it. I wonder how many people have had their lives jeopardized due to this practice! It's just not acceptable for people to say use A&E. A&E is exactly what it says, and not meant to be in place of a doctor. If people start doing this then A&E will end up not being able to cope. I think maybe a Petition should be set up to get enough signatures in order to make an official complaint about The Limes and Garlinge Surgery, as they are both not fit for purpose, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. And maybe I am the woman for the job.

i went into this surgery, to ask for help on a couple of things, i found one of the receptionists to be extremely rude and uncaring, i have NEVER been spoken to so rudely, how she is still in a job beats me. i have been with this drs for about 8 yrs and since the limes took it over it has gone down hill very fast, my advice to anyone is find another drs as i dont think this one will last very long, with th staff that they have.

MP doesn't want to get involved, I've tried. How can a surgery carry on like this? You can never get through on the phone, and when you do no appointments for a month. Yes you can choose to go to the surgery at 8.00am and take pot luck as to whether you get seen. This is a diabolical situation, and NHS England has to step in and sort this dangerous situation out asap.

If this surgery goes and further down it will hit the centre of the earth!!! I feel sorry for the front desk staff for constantly apologising for the rubbish service given here. You can not get a appointment unless you queue on the day at about 07.30 in the morning . No named Dr, no help, no nothing!!!! It has one star as you can not do minus stars!! Oh and if you do write and complain you get not answer!! says it all really

Disgusting. Both service and hygiene. This place is basically a shed and needs a good clean, you'll leave with more wrong with you than what you went in with.

Can never get an appointment when needed and if by chance you do happen to get one 9 out of 10 times you need to travel to the Limes in Trinity Square.
