Amazing place! Loved the opportunity to taste such a wide variety of wines before buying. Huge selection, all at ridiculously good prices and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back soon.

Really lovely helpful staff. We visited as you get a free 6 bottles of wine with a P&O ferries ticket and ended up buying loads more. They have a great selection, with beers as well. They also have a great tasting room where you're free to try as many wines as you like, and they'll even open one for you if you want to try one that isn't in there. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service, particularly Hervé who provided some great recommendations which we would not necessarily have tried. The outlet is easy to find and staff speak English so well (thank you). We purchased our wine and left it there and picked it up at the end of our weekend. They also have lockers if the shop is closed. This is a great service. Our thanks again to Hervé who made some calls for us when we realised our passports had been stolen in a Wimereux supermarket. You were so kind when I was in a bit of a panic!

Great for last minute wine grab before ferry. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Choosing wine as a novice takes your time. But it was lay out and signage was clear and easy. It wasn't busy when we got there. Parked at the door. There are toilets just in through the door. The cashier seemed pleasant and enthusiastic.

We have been visiting this store from the UK at least once a year for 5 years. Have used the free travel offer every time. The staff are great and organise the free travel for you. The selection of wine is vast and many can be stated in their tasting room. Give it a go. you wont be disappointed.

What a place, love it here tried some wines and brought a load home. Super lovely French staff member showed us how to use skip tax even more impressive knowing English is his second language. Fab value for fantastic wine and free tea and coffee! We will be back again!

Fantastic place - pre ordered so got free Euro tunnel travel, order was all ready for collection when we arrived, great selection of quality wine, that’s just cheap! Added bonus of a massive range of wines that you. An try before you buy!

Very wide choice of wine and alcohol and the drop box is a great idea. The communication is very good and instructions easy to follow.

We love this place. Incredible savings on familiar wine brands - and all priced in UK sterling. We order on line and then simply pick up the wine when we arrive - and it is all ready for us. It is a lovely place to look around with a sampling room (if you aren't driving!). The staff speak excellent English, are meticulous checking your order is correct and could not be more friendly.

Great place to pick up a bottle or two of well priced wine. Love going here and trying a glass before we commit and often finding a bargain for £2-3. Can't recommend this place enough

The Calais Wine Superstore, was excellent and the staff are so very helpful and welcoming, the best place i have been too. You can taste some of the wines you can ask them questions very knowledgeable and they are extremely helpful i visited on Sunday 23rd July, as it was near my birthday so thank you to the Manager and the staff for a great experience, we brought some lovely wines and good value, look forward to coming back. You can also get the tax back at the port the staff also were helpful with the process so thank you !!!!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the wines on offer. We tasted before making the commitment to buy what we had ordered. Overall the experience was great even though we arrived half an hour before it closed. Please remember that it closes 6PM French time and if you can’t make it the order can be left in the lockers

Great store with great prices. The wines I like are cheapest here than anywhere in the UK so I will buy from here on the few occasions I travel into Europe by car.

Everything worked very well. It was easy to book our cross channel ferry at the time and date we wanted. The store is only 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Our order was all packed up and ready for us. We decided to buy a few more bottles and most were available to sample. The team were very helpful with our selection. They explained the new duty free allowances (very generous). In advance we had down loaded and registered on the skip tax reclaim app. The team helped us to scan and register our receipts.. They explained where to find the tax refund terminals at the ferry. We easily found the terminals (but do allow extra time to do this) . We scanned the receipts and the French customs officer inspected the wine. Back at Dover the uk customs officer stopped us and may check your goods, so make sure you follow the rules.
We got the tax refund direct into our bank account the very next day. The refund was enough to pay for a very nice lunch in Calais itself. The whole thing worked very well. The booze cruise is back and well done Calais wine super store.
