Restaurant Le Museum

Loved this place. The atmosphere, the service and especially the food. We had the fondue boyarde and valaisanne. The meat was tender & juicy and the broth! Mmmmmmmm. The cheese was also amazing. We got the chocolate fondue for dessert and while the chocolate was delish, we were a bit disappointed by the fruit. They gave us a bowl full, but is was mostly filled with pineapple and pear. We expected more than a quarter of strawberry and a single raspberry. But that is our only complaint and since we can't give 4.5 stars, they get the full five.

I absolutely love this place. It was my second time dining there.
Although their menu options are limited, they are very good at every single item.

It is very expensive for anyone coming from outside of Switzerland but as an exciting vacation/trip experience, it is amazing.

Last time I had stake and salad and this time I had fondue and potatoes. Both were finger-licking delicious.
Lovely staff as well.

Food was great, waitress Clara was super friendly, the atmosphere was great. Got an all you can eat Raclette on Monday which includes a Glass of wine too :) price is reasonable in Swiss standards

My partner and I had a very romantic dinner in Restaurant Le Museum thanks to delicious food, nice wine selection, friendly and nice staff that night.
We had Rosti with tomme cheese as a starter and BBQ grill that we cooked ourselves at the table as a main course. We have never had tried this dish before, but definitely going to come back for it again when next time in Montreux.

A wonderful, somehow hidden, cozy restaurant off the beaten track serving traditional Swiss food. I had Cœur de bœuf meat fondue - the beef was tender and the quality and variety of homemade sauces was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Made late reservations but got us in early. Very accommodating! Food and service were both fantastic. Cheese and chocolate dessert fondue were amazing as well as the beef fillet we grilled over our own grill.

Nice little restaurant with a pretty outside terrace. On Mondays - Wednesdays they offer a daily all-you-can-eat special with a glass of wine. We went on Wednesday and had the cheese fondue special. Good value and delicious.

great food! we had raclette and it was sooooo delicious (although maybe a bit to little). Nonetheless 5/5. The chocolate fondue as dessert was the cherry on top!

Amazing Swiss restaurant. It has cute cellar style decor and the food is delicious. We had the meat grill and cheese fondue which were perfect for sharing.

Exquisite entrecôte Parisienne perfectly cooked and tasty fondue. The waiters were enthusiastic and efficient! Nice playlist too. Well deserved rating!

Amazing restaurant, had the charbonnade which came with great quality meat, really nice sauces and really nice home-made potatoes gratin. The service was very friendly. Overall we had a really nice experince for a very reasonable price.

We were referred to the restaurant by a local friend. Being from Florida, there aren’t many Swiss food options for us at home.
The restaurant is in a wonderful setting and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming and fun. You definitely need to know where it is to find it. From the hostess to the two staff that took care of us, the service was superb. They spoke little English and I little French. However between us and Google Translate we did fine😁.
The food was tops. We had the half half fondue, a side of potatoes, cornichons and onions for garnish, a local Montreux white wine, and the meringue dessert.
Make the effort to go, you won’t be disappointed.

One of the best services that we had all over the country so far. The fondue was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere amazing. The prices are reasonable as well and the garden is nice. The person in charge managed to find us a sitting even without a reservation. To cut the long story short, money and evening very much well spent.

Friendly staff, beautiful venue, great food and wine selection! I’d go again without a doubt!
