French Coffee Shop

This is a great spot! Stopped by quick before I left the area. They have cinnamon rolls and waffles (harder to find in France) and they were both great. They’ll heat them up for you if you’d like. It was a cool little shop with drinks too. Would recommend! 10/10!

Great place for breakfasts, snacks and drinks! Large variety of hot and cold drinks, delicious desserts and pastry, friendly staff and beautiful location in the city centre. Coffee specialities, matcha, bubble tea, sandwiches, pastry, cookies, salades and many more… We had several breakfasts here, and I was taking a coffee nearly every day here being in Avignon. If you love “Starbucks-like” places, you’ll definitely live this one!

Very nice but very busy little cafe.

I was looking for a genuine coffee shop for a coffee and a pastry not a meal and to my delight I came across French Coffee Shop. It was just what I was looking for and was delighted. Firstly the staff could speak good English rather than listen to my inadequate attempt at speaking French. Their service was excellent and my order brought to my table. The coffee was good and the waitress explained what coffee was being used. The citron muffin was good too. I needed to wash my hands and the restroom was clean and tidy. Judging by the steady stream of customers coming in confirmed that I made the right choice, a excellent cafe.

Clean, efficient and great coffee. Visited twice as we liked it so much. Staff spoke English which really helped, but better still, did it with such a nice friendly smile.

Usually a name like ‘French coffee shop’ would turn me off. But this place is very pleasant, and I enjoyed my coffee a lot. When I returned the next day for my second coffee, they remembered me and what I ordered the day before :)

I love their sweet coffees and selection of treats! Highly recommend.
