Paris Zoological Park

Was there at the end of November. Not busy, so it was great to take our time and enjoy the place. I like to visit zoo's but can't help feel sorry for the animals. The Anteater was walking back and forth. Perhaps he needs a bigger cage.

Vincennes Zoo is ta great place when you want to take a break from Paris and have a walk seeing animals from all over the globe.
The park is fairly small, the visit takes under 3 hours to complete. The design of the park is great, you just follow the main path and get to see all the animals. The pens are clean and quite big. Food is easy to access while visiting, with a great view on the giraffe enclosure, decent prices and honestly better quality than expected.

Definitely recommend to go check out this place and enjoy a nice Sunday walk in there.

Very good zoo. There are lots of animals. The place is not crowded, you have the chance to see animals from several angles and this helps to decrease the time of the waiting. There are places to take some rest, this makes the visit easy with the children. There are also some restaurants and vending machines everywhere.

You can tell that zoo owners and employers put a lot of attention to taking care of their animals well; I was happy to see that every enclosure was big and prepared in a way that would allow inhabitants to walk around and have multiple places to hide in case the would need rest from all the visitors, it shows how animals are prioritized in this place. Even with that, I was able to see a lot, and it honestly feels like full day is not enough to fully appreciate what this park has to offer. Additionally, I don't see it mentioned often, but I really recommend paying attention to all the flora of the park - there are so many fascinating plants and fungi I've never seen before all around the park!

What differentiates this zoo with others is it's natural ambience. Plenti of animals, reptiles, amphibians and birds to watch. Natural forest like ambience has been created that is nice to watch as well as good for the animals. There is a show of the feeding of the sea-lions, that should not be missed. Nice to visit on a sunny day with the kids.

Amazing zoo. Super clean with beautiful vegetation throughout the park. It feels very natural and does not have a bunch of in your face shops trying to sell things like in the US. I have been to the San Diego Zoo, ,Miami Zoo and a few others and this one is my favorite. Very relaxing. One of the many cool features is the glass window into the veterinarian, where you can watch them caring for the animals.

We visited this park in order to take a walk. In the end, we spent 4 hours sightseeing. The park is huge. Each animal has its own name and description, and plenty of room for natural movement. The part with snakes like the amazon is completely amazing.The animals look happy and their food is everywhere.We were most impressed with the Jaguar. A beautiful cat. Any recommendation from us!The visit is worth every cent❤

Beautiful facilities with a nice leisurely walkway that was easy to navigate with numerous maps posted around. The animals appeared well cared for, and the settings seemed natural overall. The mountain feature was a great landmark of the parc.

Bought tickets online and came there with a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. A great feature is that they have strollers to rent which is great to avoid kids being grumpy after long walking hours. It is fantastic that they have predator cages built in a way that you get really close to the Puma, Panther, Lion, Lynx etc. Loved the scenery and that the animals have a lot of space to roam around. Plenty of restaurants and refreshment inside as well as nicely located toilets. There is a very well equipped shop at the entrance/exit.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Paris Zoo during a week long stay here in the city.

I visit a local zoo back home weekly, so I was eager to check this place out.

I must say, I was overall impressed. What I loved about the enclosures was how full of grass and plant life there was. Much more natural settings, as opposed to concrete.

What a variety of species too. I really loved the puma, baboons, and the wolves. While I wish some of the enclosures were bigger for the animal's sake, maybe down the road that can be done.

Another reviewer posted about how angry they were that some of the animals didn't come out during their visit. Newsflash...They don't have to! They have that right. Just be grateful there's a place like the Paris Zoo where they can live peacefully and be taken care of.

You can spend the entire day here. My friends and I walked in at 10 AM and only left at 5 PM! There was just so much to see and so much we wanted to go back to and see again. The enclosures are huge and look extremely humane and suitable for every animal. I was very impressed, and I'm usually skeptical of zoos. There were many more animals than I was expecting, and each was more exciting to see than the last. The rhinos were especially striking. I also loved the manatees, probably a new favorite animal of mine. The greenhouse (Serre Tropicale) is incredible. Please don't skip it.

I recommend going on a cloudy weekday in the morning if possible because there was no line at the entrance, and it was a pleasant temperature. Wear sunscreen and reapply often, even if it's cloudy!

Wonderfully spent day with variety of tropical and wonderful animals. Recommend place to go with children 👧

Beautiful zoo in Paris. I visited there with my two years old son. I recommend to go early in the morning to take advantages of some activists like feeding animals. For restaurants, mostly it’s heated up products or sandwiches. If you end the journey around noon, I recommend the one near by entrance. But at best, it’s good to prepare the meal since there is microwave to heat up baby or children food. There is also picnic area so it’s another idea for lunch.

It’s too bad that there is no open area where children can mingle with farm animals. It would be a good idea though.

Priority access for disabled or pregnant women is available at ticket. Please use this line to avoid a long queue. At best, it’s good to book online. Queue is no longer than 15-20 minutes on Saturday morning from my experiences since two desks were opened.

In order to make a big and sure transition there may be multiple steps, and this could be just transient phase. We took the opportunity to see and learn on species from most of the regions worldwide. The staff at the entrance was very helpful in guiding us

This Park is beautiful and has such beautiful animals. You can easily spend your entire Saturday here. We saw a black puma, giraffes, rhinos, beautiful birds and some creepy reptiles. It was definitely worth the effort!

It is nice place to visit in Paris specially with kids. This park is open all days in week. In summer (May to August) opening hours 9:30 am to 8:30 pm and during winter it is open from 9:30 am till 6:30 pm. Many animals are there to visit. They have multiple show with animals throughout the day which are very entertaining. Show schedule is available at the entrance only.

We had a wonderful time at the zoo. It was very well designed with a good diversity of animals, snackable fun facts, information on feeding times and demonstrations (we caught one and the kids loved it). There are plenty of toilets and 2 restaurants on site as well as a gift shop which btw sells gloves caps and umbrella in case you forgot yours ( we did and it was a rainy day so this was a savior)

On the downside the menu options in the restaurant are limited and some items like pasta run out fast. Another point we noted - it seemed the baboons were is not looking comfortable- they seemed cold and huddled in groups. Something for the zoo team to look into.

Other than these two, we had a great time and highly recommend a trip.

It has an amazing variety of animals and beautiful habitats surrounding them. I recommend asking for a map on your way in or you might miss quite a lot since the park is pretty big.

A perfect place visiting single or with your children. Although there are a lot of people in weekend you don't feel like overcrowded . I admire the nature, animals, plants, the efforts of the personnel to keep this zoo in a perfect condition. The infrastructure is very good, a lot of banks to have a rest, locals to have a snack, wc. Enjoy your visit!

Just back from visiting and what a great experience it was. The whole park is exceptional, I had a great day out a must-visit for anyone visiting the city. The large variety of animals and few shows to boost. I can say that animals look amazing and you can see them really close. The birds just fly and walk with you. The sea world is outstanding, I have never seen that many new species in my life.
