Visited the Aquarium and feel in love with this place.
The location is kids friendly, they have stages on which kids can climb to see the aquariums. A lot of fish diversity.
Staff is very friendly and helps you.

Amazing 24 artists of various origins (Europe, Africa, Latin America, USA, Asia) created artistic scene in Paris - between 1945 and 1972, the exhibition - Paris et nulle part ailleurs - allows you to touch their work, and is a great starting point for your own exploration.

A large inviting community space where events can be held attached to a lovely museum which I plan to come back to visit.

The structure is very impressive and a work of art by itself. Picasso exhibit was inside - very well displayed and interesting history - well worth the visit !

Wonder of architecture with colonial motives inside and outside. From an exhibition in 1931.

Rich with history and important to know before visiting. This place was built in 1931 for a colonial exhibition. The exterior walls are covered sculpture of all the countries France has colonized and traded with. However it emphasizes the submissive aspect of these "other" countries dedicated to contributing to the prosperity of France, symbolized by the female character situated above the entrance surrounded by a plentiful of food and fruits. Very toxic and misleading propaganda as colonization destroyed many of these cultures around the world. Inside the big central room of the building there are paintings of "France", consistent with the female character on the exterior. Once again there is a lot of pro-colonization propaganda and looking at the art with such perspective will create a more compelling experience.

Brilliant ! Went to see the Louboutin exhibition which was well worth it. The price of he ticket included entrance to the Aquarium which is one of the best I've been to (rare albino alligators, pig-nosed turtles). The café is reasonably priced and the food was delicious. And it is all housed in a beautiful art decor building. Highly recommended

The aquarium was so well managed. Although is not a profitable facility, you should not expect some aquarium passage, but it was great for its own purpose and money value.

Undiscovered museum with provocative permanent collection in fabulous art déco décor; café has inviting outdoor seating - overlooking a palm grove. Porte d'oree stop on line 8 is right there.

A fairly small aquarium, but what is here is delightful. A wonderful collection of unusual fish and for a sensible price too ☺

I have visited the aquarium at the Val d'Europe twice and I thought it was nice ..have heard many times in the past about the Porte Doree aquarium but always thought that it would be too small and not meeting up with expectations...Obviously, I was so wrong...Got there last week and was completely blown away...Spacious, located near the Parc Zoologique de Paris, costs only 5 euro and housed in one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen...Corals, nemos or clown fishes as they are called, colourful other fishes, eels, rays and 3 big alligators...However, the most notable exhibit in my opinion is the pair of -white as snow-albino crocodiles...Stroll around at your convenience, enjoy the calmness and the colours of the underwater creatures but also take a look at the building which is a true jewel!
