Forest International School Paris

We have 6 years experience with this school and we are absolutely satisfied. The kids have a wonderful daily life with indoor (class, swimming pool) and outdoor (playground, forest) activities. They explore the forest on a daily basis and they have a regular interaction with nature and animals. Frequent visits to farms & trips are organized and the kids learn the curriculum by experience not only by reading books. They learn concepts like recycling, the cycle of life of animals (chickens, birds etc) and they participate in projects (like building machines, learn how to run a shop by producing cosmetics & art products). The teachers and the bus drivers are doing their best to keep the families happy. Whenever we experienced issues the admin staff was there to support us since we are expats. The parents try to have frequent meetings and there is a community which is really supportive for expats. If you want your children to grow in an international school you should definitely give a try!

Forest International School provides much needed support to students with learning challenges and their families. My son enjoyed his year at the school regaining his confidence through making friends and positive reinforcement. While my son is no longer at Forest, the school's director stays in touch and still provides support as a friend. For parents and students looking for a personal touch and an accessible director, Forest International School is highly recommended.

At FISP we found a welcoming and helpful team and community that made our arrival and settlement in France really easy.

Our children learned English in a record time and were already integrated and happy in three months.
After four years full of learning and excitement, enjoying the forest daily, the kids were mature, joyful and with the academic level to move on for the next steps.

I have been trying a long time to write something about Forest and I can't find the right words to describe how great this school was for us. In simple words we spend three wonderful years in Forest and it will be forever a great memory for my children. They had a lot of fun learning and I was very happy knowing them in good hands. The teachers are amazing, always supportive 😊. It's a very nice community and we made great friends!

Wonderful place!!! Extremely welcoming and friendly school ! Kids have the opportunity to enjoy an orchard and do activities in the forest next to the school. Own and safe transport for children who need it. British Curriculum (English is the main language). Respect for the individuality of each child. The best 3 years for my kids! RECOMMEND!

We've had our now six and eight year old children at FIS for three years, and we can't say enough about the school. The teachers are amazing, the administration caring, and the school location next to the forest can't be beat for immersing your children in nature. The curriculum is engaging and challenging, and because of the small class sizes the children really get an individualized education. They have swimming lessons in the onsite pool in summer and spring, and ride their bicycles in the forest during the winter. Be prepared for filthy uniforms and tired but happy children at the end of the day! A wonderful school, and definitely worth a visit for anyone considering an English language program in the Western Suburbs of Paris.

We were so happy having our kids in Forest International School. Learning while playing, enjoying the nature, it was a paradise for the little ones. School is perfect for expats searching family and welcomming atmosphere. Finally, School principal has been so nice and flexible to meet all our specific needs. Our 2 sons have been in Forest International School (western suburb of Paris) for 3 years. How blessed they are to have had this experience on an educational and social level at such a young age. The approach of this school is a unique one, every child can be itself and feels very comfortable straight away. The teachers are lovely and caring and organise very creative themes around the curriculums. The whole school is just a small community where it feels like home. Children go outside every day, the school is next to the forest(!), swim in the summer in the private swimming pool(!) and a lot of events are organised by the Parent's Association for all families during the year. The whole setting of the school is just unique, with a view on the Eiffel Tower from the terrace and the forest next door. If you and your kids want to have a great experience abroad, choose Forest International School.

A wonderful experience for children to learn through play. The school teaches in English but provides French class for better integration. Appreciate the love and care the teachers provide without discrimination to every child in class. Children leave the school being taught respect and love. Good recommendation.

The staff is really professional and provides to the kids a wonderful environment to grow. I recommend it!

Notre fils s’est beaucoup épanoui à la Forest International School qui lui a permis de développer sa confiance en lui. De retour dans le système scolaire français en section anglophone, il est très à l’aise pour intervenir en classe, faire des exposés ou sur une scène de théâtre, en français comme en anglais. Les professeurs de la FIS proposent un enseignement de qualité, se préoccupent de chaque élève et donnent le goût d’apprendre. Quelle expérience joyeuse et enrichissante pour Nils, nous recommandons vivement cette école !
