Domaine national de Saint-Germain-en-Laye

Visited on a rainy misty day, so unable to enjoy the views of Paris from the viewing area, but still able to enjoy ourselves. The garden area is beautiful, and very well maintained, the colourful tulips and tree lined avenues, all beautifully shaped, statues, and water feature. Very popular with walkers and dog walkers, cyclists also a couple of cafes. The chateau is also beautiful, as are all the buildings. Worth a visit :) :)

Beautiful spacious domain to enjoy the sun, or go for a run. It has a couple of playgrounds for children as well. What a beautiful green space to relax!

By bike or on foot, a beautiful park to wander. And can see la Tour Eiffel and Sacré Cœur.

Magnificent and huge park.

You can run in the forest, ride your bike on the panoramic walk, okay at the new playground, play football, have a picnic in the parc and so much more! Love going there.
The only thing I don't like is that it closes to early in the winter season.

If you are in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, I would recommend a walk through this part of the city. The park is beautiful, it gives a nice view and offers the opportunity to walk around the castle too.

It's not too big so it's easily integrated in your plans for the day.

It's a very nice and big parc with a very nice view on Paris, la défense. It's always clean. There are many ways to go. Unfortunately the parc closes too early in the evening so you cannot watch la défense in the dark or view the sunset.

Excellent and beautiful park with amazing view on Paris. Nice place to make a picnic, do sports and spend time with a children. There is a playground and a small farm with goats and chickens.

Beautiful parc outside Paris with fantastic view on the town. Easily reachable by rer from Paris city centre in 40 minutes. Ideal for picnicking and cycling in the nearby forest.

Very nice for a stroll. Beautiful views over Paris and the Seine River. Also gives you access to the huge Saint Germain forest.

Beautiful view, nice cute clean parc overlooking the city of Paris, la Défense... And the best is the small woods aside the castle parc.

Love this place, you can never get tired of everyday walks on this place. There's much to look forward everyday on your visit and serenity it this place.
