1. Very easy corporate reservation: call - dates, car segment, company name -> done. Other vendors asked me for company codes or pins sent to 'responsible person'.
2. Many thanks for Mister who gave me the key (Mr Andriy - sorry if mixed...) - he spoke my language (I do not need it, but it is always nice) and presented simply high level of customer service.
3. Many thanks for quick checking the car & no complications with broken electic windows panel - I did not have to say 'it is not my fault' - Sir who did the check told it first (it was not - I did not even open any window during my rental).

We usually drive to our holiday home in the Vendée from the UK, but this time we'd flown into Nantes, so we needed to hire a car.

We chose Sixt because they rent out EVs, and we opted for the Fiat 500 EV.

The airport is relatively compact, so it was easy to get to Sixt on foot. In fact the cars were located just behind the office, so overall it was a smooth experience to get to the car.

We were met by a friendly, & very attractive lady, who spoke perfect English. She offered us the additional insurance, but it wasn't a pressured sales pitch. We have annual car hire insurance by Allianz, so we didn't need it.

The car was a pleasure to drive, and suited our needs for the week. It came with a charger, and a type 2 lead.

Drop off was straightforward, with another friendly member of staff, who checked over the car, & took the key.

I've rented cars around the world, over many decades, and at times it can be the worst part of a holiday, dealing with pushy sales people, trying to upsell larger cars, or insurance... Sixt wasn't like the at all, and we'd certainly use them again.

They are probably the only company I know of, that rents out EVs, and all credit to them for offering customers the electric option. We drive a Tesla at home, so it was nice to be driving in an emissions free car on holiday.

We appreciate that there are many car hire options at Nantes, but if we choose to fly again, Sixt will be our go to company.

The rental experience went as smooth as can be. The location is very convenient, vehicle was clean, had plenty of room and power. Check in and out was great. Will use Sixt again.

Very friendly staff. Quick pick-up of the car and return was easy.
The entrance to the car rental return is right after the gas station over there, so if the gas station is full, you might miss the entrance to the car return area.

Their professionalism and help makes you feel like you're at home! Loved!

I always rent my car by Sixt because they are competent and trustworthy. The staff is always friendly, respectful and helpful.

Good experience however I don't know why they provide code for exit/entry barriers as its work automatically. Poor signpost for return but luckily Google maps helps (type car return Bouguenais). Coralie at the desk very helpful.

The experience could not have been more pleasant. The desk representative was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my Amex card that includes rental insurance. His service was fast, friendly and genuine. I was then walked to my car by another worker who helped me inspecting the car to note any missing pre-noted damages. The car was brand new and exactly what I wanted. 5-star service overall.

Great service. We had a flat tire over the weekend and were promptly and professionally assisted.

Very fast and good service and no problems as we return the car back to Sixt, they are probably not the cheapest company to rent a car from but I have now done it 3 times and never experienced any problems at all and here in Nantes airport is its very easy because the gas station is right by the car rental. Can only be recommended
