Really friendly staff, quickly served at the desk, no pressure to buy extra insurance. Got upgraded from a Yaris to a new DS 7, which was amazing as there were 5 of us and we really appreciated the room. Brought it back at 9pm, the desk was still manned, they told me they would check the vehicle in the morning and if everything was ok would receive the email by 9 am, and I did. No trouble. Definitely worth paying a little bit more and use this company.

I want to share my satisfaction with the service provided. I made a reservation for a car, but 24 hours before picking it up I had to change the conditions - I wanted to leave the car at another office, Beauvais. I called the office and the clerk was very responsive. He understood exactly what I wanted and arranged everything in seconds. I will add, I got a higher class car without having to pay extra, they probably didn't have the one I requested in stock. When I returned the car in Beauvais it was in excellent condition according to the requirements.
As a weakness I will point out that inexplicably to me they are still delaying the return of the damage deposit. For this reason I do not give them the maximum rating

It's probably the second time out of 100 car rentals that I give 5 stars because everything was just perfect.

I paid for a big manual car and received a big automatic car with 1500km (a Citroen DS7)
The check in of the car was extremely fast and there is a gas station right outside the parking.

Helpful staff, spoke good English, would have appreciated if the car instructions/sat nav menus etc were switched over to the English language as we were foreign visitors from Ireland. If the company could have set this up it would be beneficial . otherwise a smooth process .

Great Service from beginning to end. Was given an almost brand new car which was fine to drive. Personnel on arrival was very helpful and provided all the necessary information I might need during the rental including the location to come back in from. Everything was on the ball. Returning the car was also very straightforward and everything went smoothly.

On returning our car, we were very late to airport. My wife took keys through security. Airport staff kindly agreed to return keys to Europcars desk. I emailed to explain, and by the time our plane landed home, I had a reply to say that keys had been safely received which relieved any fears I had of losing some or all of my deposit. Thank you

Friendly and efficient check-in staff made the car pickup a really easy process. Even the carpark staff were so efficient, when we noticed a small bodywork flaw which was logged in 3 mins, allowing us to get on the road quickly. Returning the car took 5 min. A very enjoyable experience.

Exceptional service, a friendly welcome when collecting the car at Nantes Airport. Ruben Garcia explained everything and was very good to deal with. Upon returning the car the Europcar representative showed us where to go in the airport and even called us back to return sun glasses which we had left in the car. I was very impressed and this was the best car rental experience I have ever had.

Fantastic experience renting with Europcar at Nantes Airport. The service was very efficient and friendly, and we were highly satisfied with the brand new Polo (200km) that we were given. Very pleasant and seamless experience for my partner and I as we picked up our car on Thursday, July 6th in the morning. Without any request from ourselves, the staff offered a free upgrade in the shape of a large Volkswagen Touareg. The car return on July 11th was the same. Special mention to Ambre who originated that upgrade :-)
