Tyreweb - Team Protyre

Good friendly service. Had a unrepairable puncture, booked online Friday evening for a Saturday 08:30 appointment. Was seen on time and back out the door by 09:00. Few advisories that I already knew about with a suggestion that they may need changing sometime next year.
Waiting room has a TV but isn't the warmest so bring a coat.

Very good tyre company with great customer service. Had a puncture in one of the tyres on my car, protyre quickly found the issue and replaced it straight away, no problems. Prices are reasonable and cheaper than other garages - Highly Recommend!

They rang to tell me to bring my car in on monday. Needed discs and pads. Took my keys at 8.30 and 2 hours later I was on my way. A very busy place which speaks volumes. Staff very friendly. I would highly recommend for all your motoring needs

Even when I had a last minute trip booked to the Ring and I turned up with my own tyres to get them fitted they done them to get me there.

My car was booked in for a mid-morning slot; I turned up 15 minutes earlier as requested, and four tyres were fitted within the hour. They were obviously very busy, so was impressed that it was done in fairly quick time. Interior covered with protective sheets, so all was good.

Local garage that constantly deliver absolutely superb service. Quick response & arranged last minute and emergency bookings on both Lexus-es: GS300 & LS600H, competitive prices and a very professional 5*service in all aspects. I normally tend to use for MOTs and tyres only but staff and branch more than capable to handle other service tasks where others failed (eg recent LS600 brake dics/pads and Anti Roll Bar Links service elsewhere followed by immediate bad knocking sound failed to sort out whereas Tyreweb Team in seconds identified a missing NUT and resolved on the spot on a late Saturday without prior arrangements when asked to help with TPMS bad sensor/warning light. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reliable service. THANK YOU everyone from Manager to mechanics.

On all ocassion I have found them helpful, knowledgable and reasonable on price. I have always felt fairly treated and dealt with with absolute honesty. If you go in on the spur of the moment they will do thier best to help, but are a busy garage so you may have to wait a bit. This can even happen if you are booked in, but its a small price to pay for thier service. I would 100% recommend them, but advise you to leave your car with them if you can to save waiting around.

l first went to proTyre because my main dealer had booked me in for some work when l arrived they told me they could not do the work because their wheel alignment machine was not working
so l took my car to pro tyre just down the road and they did the work on my car, the second time l phoned pro tyre to ask questions about some tyres and the person who l spoke to was so helpful, it turned out l could get the tyres cheaper by ordering them on pro tyres web site and they would fit them for me, what l liked about them was they do what was required and not looking for work that is not needed. excellent servicel by the team on both occasions,l will be using this company again,

RAC took me here after getting a flat and they were lovely. Despite telling me there was a long wait, my car was fixed and keys in my hand within 30 minutes. In the meantime, I had a free coffee! Lovely staff and great service!

Fantastic service from these guys, fixed my broken tyre valve. Didn't have an appointment but they had my car in straight away, fitted a new valve and had me back on the road in 20
minutes. And no charge! Was so impressed, will definitely be back.

Always good in here. Have been a few times and as a woman on her own, I don't feel intimidated or talked down to. Unless you book, there is usually quite a wait, but always priced right.

Amazing service! Luke & Andy made sure my tyre was changed even after realising the locking wheel nut was too tight to get off! Would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you again.

Great bunch of guys very friendly, follow all the covid rules, As a female felt completely at ease too which doesnt always happen in a garage situation.
