Camellia arrived in excellent order, very well packed in recycled materials with the delivery being very fast. I planted the same day as arrival, she had 10 buds and one flower 😍.. Just beautiful, thanks.

This order contained both plants and horti-fabric so was sent via a delivery company. This extended the delivery time to 5 days in transit. I was concerned that the plants would suffer during this time, but because they were extremely well protected and packaged they were all fine and arrived in good condition. Highly recommended, although I would suggest that they send accessories in a different package to the living plants.

I got six plants of the highest quality. I have bought plants in several online distributors, but Promesse de Fleurs delivered the best plants I have bought online so far. They solved problems with the carrier they experienced last year, and the delivery time was according to the online description. Will keep buying from them.

Excellent delivery. Great range of plants, seeds, bulbs and ideas. Their webpage is fantastic, fast reply to questions and problem solving. Saved our lives during confinement 2020. Some plants dont always do well (but hey nature is inconstant too, so it dosnt bother me that much), but they are happy to replace. Highly recommended.

We've ordered bamboos a couple of times from Promesse de Fleurs and they've been growing steadily since their delivery in top of the range wrappings. Besides, out of the six lavenders we had ordered, two sadly didn't make it but were replaced asap for free. Great plants and a great service, coupled with friendly and clever advice when you phone them. Need I say more ?

I placed a large order for spring-flowering bulbs. Everything I ordered was present and correct. All the bulbs looked healthy. All the packaging was in paper, as requested. The order was handled and delivered promptly.
