This store is really good, but during sales you have to be careful when using gift-cards, other than that there are professionals or well trained teams there to help you in all your inquiries.

Parking is a bit difficult here, meaning not free and you have to drive around a bit.
There is escalators inside, they do acccept credit cards, for purchases over 1000 euros it is no longer permitted in france apparently

Great collection in electronics. Got smart watch fit at the best price. 10 euros less than many other online sites. Sales man was of great help in explaining the features.

Great location, friendly staff, clean store, big variety and good organization, it's good to have the loyalty card for discounts and points. you need to wear a mask inside currently for Covid 19.

The most comprehensive selection of electronics in Toulouse. Prices always seem to match Amazon, even with sudden price drops. But if you want hands on or some questions answered, this is definitely the place to go.

Find what I wanted and even unique books

This fnac is a 2? To 3? Story store. It's pretty big so you'll find what you want. The second story has all the music related stuff with a nice jazzy tune playing, pretty nice. The entrance has a couple big guys standing in front opening the door for you, surprising but necessary as the store is pretty full during peak hours. It's a good fnac store, would recommend.

well stocked store staff are very friendly, went there to get a new Mac book the person in charge explaint everything very well and in english , we where very pleased with the service he gave us will be defently back and I recommend this store for sure

I was very happy to be assisted by English speaking staff and although was very busy on a Saturday afternoon, the self service checkout option was really fast.

Very good fnac. It has everything you need. However I was looking for books written in English or other languages besides French but I didn't find it.
