Ilonka Farm & Cafe

What an awesome tour this was! We took the 1h dog walking and cuddling tour. This contained a lovely walk in the woods with 2 of their dogs followed by a cuddling session with thee and some cake. The guide was very friendly and informative and the dogs were awesome. All in all certainly a must if you love dogs and have an hour to spare.

Husky farms with very cute huskies. We understand from the owner that the farm just opened, so there will likely be more features and attractions as they develop (we understand that they may be adding new animals!). The farm is much smaller compared to other more established farms we have been to in Lapland (for the same price!).

The huskies were very friendly and cute, they really want your attention and would run alongside you as you walk. Enzo and Edgar were really adorable! Owners were very hospitable and friendly, explaining and introducing us to all their huskies.

There is also a cafe that sells some snacks and drinks. We also happened to visit during the Easter event, so there were other special activities such as egg painting and branch decorating being conducted.

Wir waren kurz dort, haben uns die Hunde angeschaut. Sie machten einen gepflegten und freundlichen Eindruck und werden artgerecht gehalten. In der Cafe Kota gab es leckeren Kakao und Zimtschnecken, und noch einiges andere. In der Mitte brannte ein Feuer, was das Ganze sehr gemütlich machte. Ich konnte mit Rollator ein bisschen über die Anlage gehen, trotz Schnee.

Sólo para niños!!! Para dar una vuelta con el trineo pagar 45€ estaría bien pero no volveríamos a pagar 105€ por persona. Para adultos no merece la pena, dimos dos vueltas en trineo en un circuito cerrado de pocos metros, el trineo lo llevaban dos huskys y no podían con nuestro peso, teníamos que empujar el trineo nosotros casi todo el trayecto, los pobres perros no podían. Sólo lo recomiendo como actividad para niños. A los niños les gustó mucho pero también tenían que ayudar a los perros con el trineo. Las personas que lo llevan son muy amables, acaban de comenzar con este proyecto, espero que consigan enfocar la actividad de manera que compense lo que se paga.
