We often go for lunch if we are in DZ and we are satisfied with the food and service if you have a test for good macchiato this is not the place I'm not sure if they are using a milk/creamer it test bad experienced Barista might be a key ☕

Since 6 years ago, we come to this hotel once or twice every year for a vacation with my family. It is a very pleasant hotel that always improves and never diminishes. It is the best hotel that provides professional service.
The hotel provides swimming pool, sauna, massage and other services in a complete and standard condition.The Deliciousness of their food, the cleanliness of the hotel and bedrooms combined with the attractiveness of the place where the hotel was built is amazing.
It made me wonder that all the staff, from security to the manager and the owner, are a FAMILY TEAM of the PYRAMID HOTEL who always work tirelessly to satisfy their customers.
From the day and time we checked in till the time we checked out, the amazing hospitality that this dedicated team of hoteliers gave us made us always miss PYRAMID HOTEL.

It was impressive with good hospitality and warm reception at 12:20- lunch time. They had delicious meals and coffee. They did construct the resort following the very steep landscape properly with nature in the details and nice view of the lake bishoftu. Really enjoyed the one hour and a half stay there with my family

This is the best hotel I've been through. All of the staff really made me comfortable by answering all my questions to my full satisfaction. Everything was sparkling clean. Beautiful views. The restaurant is Amazing fresh and locally grow, The pier to plate aspect is great. Service was great. Wish I could eat this all the time. Will definitely come back!
There is plenty to do here, but if you don't feel like doing any of it you can enjoy the view looking over the lake with coffee or wine on your private balcony.
We stayed at Pyramid Resort for a couple of nights and I just wish we stayed longer because the hotel is beautiful, the front desk was opulent customer service was truly radiating. I received the absolute highest quality of service. It was like I was the only person there.
I will be staying here on my next trip to Ethiopia,

Above all the view from the hotel room to the leak bishoftu is breath taking, magnificent .
Also the hotel bedroom is so clean and comfortable.
Meeting Hall very nice. Suitable for all kinds of meeting, seminar, workshop etc

We had a wonderful time at one of the amazing resorts in Ethiopia. Just a few miles out of Addis Ababa, Pyramid Resort can be a great gate away place with everything you may need.

I stayed there for 5 days 3 months ago. It has a nice view of the lake. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and comfortable beds, and they serve very delicious foods especially their pizza.you must try the pizza. It is the best resort in bishoftu. You must stay at this resort. Very recommended.

My second time to this place and I love it! Good use of space! Excellent rooms, well laid out, and service with helpful staff at every corner! Food service is Ok but nothing special. Beautiful surroundings but lake appears to be a sink for gray and black water from the hotel.

It is my first time here in Pyramid Hotel. Everyone should experience this place it is amazing. Where should I start best customer service, nice view and so more. If you need something, they got you. I strongly recommend this place. I feel like I added more years on my life.

Really good place to go for a lunch trip from Addis. The restaurant has a great view of the lake and the food and drinks were done well at a reasonable price. There is parking too.

Nice, clean hotel with good restaurant and bar. Beutiful view over the lake. One of the top oin this area. Service in the restaurant needs time to get your order done... Have been here couple of time and can recommend.

It is a very relaxing resort. The lake Beshoftu view from our room and balcony it is absolutely stunning beautiful. The staff are frendly and caring, they treat the guest like a king and a queen with a great Ethiopian's sense of humour The rooms are clean, the food is healthy and delicious. Price wise is affordable compare other resort.
