We’ve had great customer service experience in Leroy Merlín Elche branch. Particularly Eleonora and Juua have been so helpful with our purchase. Very pleased with the service and will be definitely shopping there again!

Always visit my local store in Elche when at home in the city. They have everything that you could need for your home. Have bought two lovely wall arts recently along with standard DIY bits and pieces. Store Always clean and extremely well presented.

Great service throughout the process of our bathroom renovation.
Luis P was most helpful, including departments which were not his own. We changed our minds a few times in the planning process, and they even ordered us sample tiles as they didn’t have the type in stock we were looking for.
Silvia at the finance department was also very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and explained everything clearly.

Lots of things to choose from help when you need it especially in the La Zenia branch if your language is English, there they have a lot of English speaking staff. Always point you in the right direction for good products.

I have been to the shop in San Juan, and now in Elche. I must say I am impressed with what you can buy. Most of allI was impressed by the service mindedness of your staff! Excellent. Love shopping here.

We were attended to by a lady called PALOMA and she was absolutely outstanding! She actually saved us a fortune and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us after I had made a mess at the self check out. Cheerful friendly and helpful on a really busy Saturday night.

I went there for an attachment for my jetwash but unfortunately it did not fit my midel, the staff were really nice, i hope they are as nice when i return my attachment that did not fit. I would recommend it to everybody.

The hotel was very nice enjoyed our stay, would stay again just one thing the bath was very slippy and being 70 year's old didn't feel very safe .

Having totally renovated our home, we know this store back to front. Staff are always courteous and helpful, returning goods bought in error or that are damaged is easy. If you are a regular visitor then I would highly recommend getting a loyalty card.
