First I went to the store personally, and I received a lot of help in selecting the best yarn for my project. Then I ordered some yarn online, and not only did they notify me that it was coming from a different dye, I also received the pack in this beautiful box that I’ve been using to store my WIPs ever since. nice customer service, nice store :) lot of products by DMC, Anchor, fabrics for patchwork! If you are stitcher / cross stitcher / patchwork creator definitely must visit this place! Cute themed buttons included!

I have never ever seen my knitting/sowing girlfriend be as much impressed as when we entered this store. The sheer amount of wool and supplies they have on display is so big I think it's impossible to not find something you want/need. Friendly staff too although it might be helpful to know some Spanish if you're just visiting on holidays

Fabulous customer service, I’m in the UK, placed my order and it arrived with no issues a few days later, I’m so pleased that I found this store as the yarn I needed to finish my project was out of stock in the UK

Wow, it's big! Really rare to find such a big store for crafting anywhere. I've ordered here online before, seeing it in person is something else. HUGE selection of wool.
