amazing experience with Redcast Heritage, the best i had so far - the level of customer service went beyond my expectations and Rosa even provided photos to my many questions.

finally got my hands on the samurai S520XX21OZ jeans which i really wanted for the hidden arcuate stitching in the back pockets.

i would never expect that a different lot will be produced without the hidden arcs, which disappointingly happened with the order i placed with Self Edge that i immediately returned.

with Redcast Heritage, the prices are much more competitive and the delivery completed within 48 hours, coupled with a lovely handwritten note from Eduardo and Isabel.

looking forward to order more and one day visit the Madrid shop!

10/10 - I try avoid purchasing items internationally because of the shipping times, return issues or general unfamiliarity with the shoppe. I happened to come across Redcast Heritage while looking for some SDA selvage online and they had the jeans I wanted in stock and in a good range of sizes. I went back and forth for a days and decided I would go for it.

I ordered 2 pairs at around (00:00 EST) and woke up to a pleasant email explaining my package was on the way! I assumed it would take several weeks.. It showed up less than 48hrs later. From Spain to Ohio USA in less than 2 days .. for free.
Insane. My mum lives 5 doors down and usps still hasn’t delivered a card I sent 5 days ago….

The first thing I noticed is how well everything was presented with minimal packaging materials (the secret). Both jeans were brand new, with all the original desc tags / price tags / pocket ect.. still attached. It wasn’t until after trying them on I realized that I had made a mistake when comparing measurements and had ordered a size too large (entirely my fault 🤦🏻‍♂ ) and was upset with myself to say the least. I sent an email to Rosa at Redcast and explained what I had done and without hesitation she offered to swap sizes for me no problem. She walked me thru the return process and updated me when they arrived.

They shipped the same day my return arrived and just like last time 2 days later it shows up. Opened it up and everything was same as last time, perfect. As soon as I tried the first pair on I knew I kade the right decision.

Majority of these items are expensive, rare, and made in a process unfamiliar to the majority of people even in the industry - so it’s very comforting having people that who are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the product they sell.

I will continue to shop Redcast in the future for anything else I may need. They also have an email that updates you on new and restocked product.

Imagine how pleasant of an experience you’d must have had to make a shoppe on a different continent your go too and most trusted source.. exactly 🙏.

Great knowledgeable staff that are fully committed to the customer being satisfied, not by what’s easiest or cheapest. Very rare.

I ordered a pair of Oni denim jeans online to the US, and once I received them I realized they were the wrong size. Their customer service was quick, respectful, and responsive in this process (thanks Rosa!).

I actually ended up visiting in person to exchange my jeans and met Eduardo, who was incredibly kind & helpful (even after I’d slept through my appointment earlier in the day). The whole experience was wonderful and I am looking forward to the next time I shop with Redcast.

My body type is kinda odd, because high tapered fits are too skinny below my knees and straight fits are too wide. I contacted Redcast Heritage with a recommendation.
Eduardo helped me with personal recommendations and said why he chose this or that jeans. In the end I ordered three pairs which all fit very good.
I returned two pairs and got my money refunded within hours after my return was delivered in Madrid.
We got many excellent japanese and raw denim shops in Germany, but Redcast Heritage competes with them easily.

Fantastic heritage clothing store. Great customer service and sizing recommendations. Cannot emphasize sizing as you are buying sight unseen online and their measurements are spot on. Website is easy to navigate.

The place to go to fulfill all of your Ametora Japanese clothing wildest dreams. If I lived in Madrid I’d probably just spend too much time and money at their physical store. Living half way around the world hasn’t stopped me from the latter!

Although I live in the US and have many stores closer, I prefer to shop with Redcast for all these reasons, and their shipping is super-fast: an order from Redcast will usually arrive faster then an order from the US.

Redcast treat customer service very seriously. Some of the best interactions I have ever had with a business re: size exchanges. More importantly - and I don't know how they do this - their prices are the best worldwide in almost every instance. Typically it takes me less time to get something shipped from Redcast in Madrid, to Sydney Australia, than it would getting something sent from an AU business. Recently ordered a pair of raw denim pants from Redcast and I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The website was very user friendly and had several photos of the garment including photos of the garment on a human, and closeups of the fabric. I actually ended up purchasing the incorrect size, but Eduardo made the exchange process painless. The owner's correspondences with me were prompt, professional, and friendly, and the shipping times were incredibly fast considering the garment had to be shipped to me overseas.

If I ever get a chance to go to Madrid I would love to pay Redcast a visit in person. This is a great store with great people working there!

Redcast Heritage exceeded my expectations! This was my first purchase from them and only the second time I have ordered anything from outside the US. Maria responded within hours of my initial questions. Provided me with exact measurements of the 2 UES items I wanted to buy to insure a proper fit. This is now my favorite store in Madrid not only for the quality, options of the garments but the excellent and personalized customer service. Redcast is a heritage style store that carries the very best Japanese denim and other premium clothing brands.

It is not a traditional storefront as you need an appointment. I called the store and spoke with the owner Eduardo who told me to come right over to the store as he would fit me in right away to meet. I was greeted by Eduardo who introduced to his friendly staff and showed me the space. It is a modern small boutique style which it was immediately apparent the quality of the items which were hand-picked by Eduardo.

Originally I wanted to get some premium t-shirts but after seeing all the clothing options I became excited to try on numerous garments. I cannot speak highly enough of Eduardo who was so professional, knowledgeable, passionate and very proud of his store. He explained in a very detailed way of each items, the materials, how it was produced, it was great to know so much about the pieces I purchased. He was also very honest about the fits of everything I tried on.

It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Redcast Heritage. Being an American it is sometimes difficult to get Japanese brands and know the proper fit without trying them on first. I live between the US and Spain so I now have a great place to buy these awesome brands. I had an amazing in-store experience with Eduardo and Isabel at Redcast Heritage. They are incredibly kind and welcoming people who also speak English very well. I was looking for unique denim and a high quality leather jacket and thankfully they had just what I wanted. Overall they have an awesome product selection and as a denimhead, I think that their denim offering is rather unique. I would say that this new store is on par with London's Rivet & Hide and New York's Blue & Greens or Self Edge. Redcast Heritage is definitely a must see while you're in Madrid for your denim or high quality heritage fashion needs.
