I always receive the best service that makes me want to go back again and again. The store assistant took out more than 10 pairs of climbing shoes until we found a pair that fit just right. Great variety as well!!

Go here first! The people are friendly and helpful. Really knowledgeable and patient!! Explained so much we left feeling a bit more organized for what we might need on our first ever hiking trip! The French representative is an experienced hiker and he even helped us in our consideration whether to bring our son with us or not. It was so good to understand the various materials and models of shoes, mid or high tops, when leather is advantageous, etc. I almost wanted to grab a notebook to write it all down. Thank you sooooo much!

Muy bien surtido y buenas ofertas. Compre varias cosas y olvide una. Los contacte por correo y me hicieron la devolución como lo solicite ya que para mi era imposible regresar. Lo cual considero como un excelente servicio al cliente.

Cómo cada vez que he ido, buen material y diversos, muy profesional el personal y muy sincero a la hora de recomendarte lo que necesitas. En cuanto a precios no vale la pena perder el tiempo mirando en los locales de alrededor. Disponen de una web también muy bien organizada donde poder acudir si no tienes la talla o producto idóneo en la tienda. Ojo, la tienda de Zaragoza deja mucho que desear.

Atención excelente, compré unas La Sportiva y se despegó un poco la puntera, las llevo después de 2 meses y me las cambian por otras nuevas sin problema, lo dicho para repetir, trato profesional de 10.

La tienda súper chula, con buen material y bien organizada. El personal un 10, atentos, simpáticos y había varios empleados, (no como en esas tiendas súper grandes que tienen 2 ó 3 para toda la tienda). En Barrabes te atienden como es debido. Además, cabe destacar que en el artículo que adquirí había una discrepancia entre el precio en tienda y el precio en la web y no dudaron ni un segundo en dejarme el artículo al menor precio de los dos. Totalmente recomendada esta tienda.

Gran variedad de artículos de montaña y senderismo. He comprado unas botas de media caña Merrell y calcetines de lana oveja merina, gracias a los descuentos que tienen me llevo un gran producto por mucho menos. Personal muy amable y profesional, se nota que conocen muy bien los artículos que venden y qué necesidades cubren, sus consejos son fiables 💯
