Since you step in the store, someone asks you politely and steers you towards a nice experience. Their knowledge is valuable. A con: not the cheapest option in the market if you have the idea clear up in your mind, but as usual, brinck&mortar can't compete in pricing vs pure players (e-commerce or marketplaces)

Really good store with all the news from Tennis and Padel , they have enough people to give you a personal service adapted to your needs on the game, Simón was really service minded and he even mention that he has ATP points, it seems some of the team are good professional tennis players. In the other hand, Simon was introducing me new rackets , but he lacks a bit in the padel sector, but he seems willing to learn and hard worker.

I was there last week to buy a tennis racket. Staff were very helpful. (I would also like to thank the staff, whose names I can't remember(sorry) especially those who helped me choose a racket.) There is a space to try out the tennis racket and figure out which one is suitable. In my opinion, there is no better place to buy tennis equipment in Madrid. Thanks for everything.

I had the best experience in this shop. I went to buy a tennis racket as I wanted to start playing again after a 20-year break due to a serious ankle injury. I didn’t know much about the new rackets as they have evolved so much, so Yoed kindly explained to me and asked me many questions before he came with the perfect match for me. While they were stringing the racket, Patrícia recommended the proper tennis shoes for unstable ankles and helped me find tennis outfits that I loved. Everyone in the store is very kind and professional and they made me feel at home form the minute I walked in. I am very grateful for their products and services and I highly recommend this store for any of your tennis or paddle needs. They are just amazing.

Not only the best in Madrid but one of the best experiences I've had. Went twice in 4 days and bought tennis camp stuff for my kids, strung their racquets with very careful attention to choice of string and tried out padel racquets and bought one for myself.
