Very nice place with very nice people willing to help in your travels. You can get your guides, accesories and other stuff here, take a break at the coffee and participate of the several activities they program regularly.

My husband and I are from New York and got married in Spain in September 2021. Family and friends attended from the U.S. and we wanted to go on a tour in the South of Spain with our families after the wedding. We trusted PANGEA, and in particular Ainhoa Juarez, to plan, design, and execute the trip, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. I am originally from Spain and my husband is from Philadelphia, we are both avid travelers, and our standards were high. Ainhoa did an incredible job. She suggested the cities and sites to visit, things to do (from a flamenco performance to an equestrian show), and organized a 5 day trip taking into consideration our suggestions and preferences. The trip ended being very affordable, and all hotels and restaurants were great. In the weeks before the trip, Max and I were also planning a wedding abroad in the middle of a pandemic, so we were busy, sometimes difficult to reach, and needed constant reminders of the decisions to make and steps to take. Ainhoa was patient, resourceful, flexible, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She perfectly understood the intricacies of this trip (multi cultural, different languages, where travelers included locals and foreigners). Everything worked out well. Ainhoa had thought of every small detail and things run smoothly. We have no doubt that we will rely on Pangea and Ainhoa in the future. I must add that Ainhoa chose Lola Lopez as our tour guide. Lola was with us the entire trip, and took care of the execution. Everyone liked Lola, she proved to be a problem solver, understanding of different cultures and expectations, flexible and extremely nice. Thank you Ainhoa, Lola and Pangea for making our trip unforgettable!

i have never seen such a travel agency in my life! the venue is very modern and makes you feel very comfortable. the people are very nice and they promise you the lowest prices! definitely recommendable :)

Un viaje de 10!!!! Hemos viajado este mes con Pangea a Perú y Galápagos y todo ha salido fenomenal.
Mi asesora Arantxa nos preparó un itinerario muy completo, se nota que son expertos de verdad en los destinos pues en cada sitio estábamos alojados en las mejores ubicaciones con una muy buena relación calidad/precio.
Y las excursiones fueron increíbles: cena sorpresa en el desierto de Paracas, avistamiento de ballenas en islas ballestas, un guía de lujo en valle sagrado y Machu Picchu... y los mejores buceos imaginables en Santa Cruz e Isabela.
Les recomiendo totalmente para hacer un gran viaje.

Genial! Hemos ido a Tanzania y Zanzíbar de luna de miel y ha sido inolvidable. La atención desde que llegamos a la agencia primero con Rosa y luego con Joaquin ha sido excepcional, buenas recomendaciones, trabajan con guías realmente buenos y atentos durante toda nuestra estancia, la selección de hoteles muy adecuada. En definitiva, un sitio de confianza para organizar tus viajes.

Hicimos un viaje de 6 dia al desierto del Sáhara, todo tal y cómo venía especificado en el contrato. Muy rigurosos con todo y la experiencia en Jaima en el desierto espectacular. Han cubierto con creces nuestras expectativas. Gracias a Mayte Romero por entender tan bien nuestra idea.

Fuimos un grupo de estudiantes de agencias de viajes al local, nos encantó su manera de trabajar, su profesionalidad, y su simpatía, tienen grandes profesionales que conocen muy bien cada destino con todo detalle, incluso en destinos poco conocidos.

Una experiencia genial. Nos hicieron sus recomendaciones y a la vez se adaptaron a lo que solicitamos. El viaje a Corea del Sur fue estupendo. Nos informaron y asesoraron en todo momento y un 10 en atención al cliente. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo y en especial a Miguel Ángel. Ya estamos pensando en el próximo viaje. Mi experiencia es que no sólo se dedican a vender viajes si no que te acompañan en la experiencia incluso después de haber regresado.

Como recomendación. Siempre para mejorar el servicio de atención al cliente. Deberían habilitar aparte de correo y teléfono Nacional. Uno tipo WhatsApp para emergencias o incidentes en el extranjero. Actualmente es fácil conseguir wifi en casi cualquier parte para comunicarse, tener una línea con llamadas internacionales no es barato en algunos lugares.

Tengo que decir que en mi caso no fue necesario el uso de dicho servicio. Pero sería un buen punto a tener en cuenta más existiendo WhatsApp Business.
