Mercadona

My wife and I are in Spain on an extended holiday, so self catering.
We have been impressed by Mercadona, the stores are spotlessly clean and there is a good range of fresh products to choose from, at reasonable prices
As a Spanish company, they obviously cater mostly for their local clients, so some British staples are not available, i.e. baked beans! However, we still do our main shop here and top up with Brish essentials at the (more expensive) ex pat shops

The staff are first class, very helpful and very well informed of offers and what at the store they sell. I will always shop there even though I live in Zurgena.

Slways go to a mercadona outlet as they provide a good quality in food, drink and other essential goods.

Great place never busy. Top tip go when it's siesta time almost empty. Have always managed to park outside the front.

Always an enjoyable experience shopping here and they seem to have improved their quality of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Always plenty of safe parking with adequate size parking bays. Great selection of fresh fish meats and vegetables.

Well laid out and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking too. This is the best Mercadona store.
