In short: Apple shop said repair would be 600€ or better to buy a new one, Matthew just changed the sim module and something else 👌 it cost 130€.

They speak excellent English here.
And the reviews don't seem to lie.
The most important thing is that the technician dived very deep into the details of my situation. And the work started right away.
