After having had superb service from Leroy Merlín Murcia Sur just an hour before, we were very happy to receive great service from Leroy Merlín Murcia yesterday. The lady in Decoración had very kindly put to one side a painting that Leroy Merlín Murcia Sur had reserved for us. Note: We had seen it in the morning but couldn't buy it then as we had no space in the car.

Then on going to pay, the lovely young male cashier suggested we take out the Leroy Merlín card which would get us a 10€ discount. He guided me to the information desk where yet another friendly member of staff helped me through the process to join the Leroy Merlín club. All in all an excellent experience.

A total different experience this time. Staff asking if you where ok. The man I was dealing with was so helpful about cctv thank you. Thanks to the mangerment for taking my complaint serious the last time. I'd definitely go back.

I ordered a Resin Unit for my Washing Machine. In the store Samuel Lopez Asis, was very professional and the order went smoothly. Unfortunately, when the Unit was delivered, it was damaged. Once again, Samuel was very helpful, and not only organised the return of the damaged unit, but also arranged the order of an alternative, as there were no more of my original choice, in stock. As a result of Samuel’s professionalism, I would have no hesitation in recommending Leroy Merlín.

We like Leroy Merlin. It seemed to be bigger and more choice than Cartagena.

Nearly all ways has what I am looking for. Sometimes a little bit more expensive than bricomart, but it's to get to.

This is like the biggest woodie/b&q ever could loose a full day in here fab..good loyalty card system too
