Perfect location, excellent service, delicious food. An idyllic spot to while away an afternoon... or two. 🥂

We had a lovely time here, we stopped for a quick bite and some drinks. Service was good and the food was incredible! We had the ceviche by Gaston Acurio, I still think about it!

The Lavender Fitz is really good, and the Tiramitsu worth to try. Mirela, has been so sweet to us assist with the rocommended cocktails

Service is Mandarin Oriental level and food was perfect. Just don’t expect it to be cheap but this is clearly one of the most luxury spot in Madrid

Of course, the garden can be used only when sunny and hot

I visited the Garden at the Ritz after a visit to the Prado. It was a hot day, and the garden seemed like the perfect place to be. I got a table by the fountain and the rest went like a dream.I had the fried Andalusian squid with aioli sauce and Tuna tartar with avocado mousse and wakame algae. They were both almost perfect. I accompanied the food with a cold Albarino, the best Spanish white wine. Service was excellent, watching the team deliver their service was like enjoying a ballet performance. All of them were impeccable.
Although the food and the wine were of top quality, I think what made the difference was the quality of service. The Ritz of Madrid have reached an impressive height here.
Value of money for this level of food and service is very high.

Five stars are not enough to describe the food, the ambiance and the service.

Food was extremely good but not quite worth the price, although the service and atmosphere more than made up for it. I'd come here just to sit in the beautiful garden for a few hours.

Mirela was a lovely and very efficient waitress. The food was good, buratta would of been better with a bit of bread but not the whole baguette.

Had a wonderful culinary experience at El Jardín. My personal favourites were the Thai sea bass ceviche and the cold avocado, green tomato and jalapeño soup - much recommended. A special thank you to Pedro, Maria, and Matthew for their excellent service.

Wonderful place and exquisite food.
The ideal place to enjoy lunch or afternoon tea since it’s an outdoors terrace. And if you go, ask for Cesar, his service and attention is 10/10 🙌

Beautiful relaxing setting, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city . Delicious food on offer, pleasent music playing in the background, extensive menu. Overall, this was a lovely place for a summer lunch out. I visited with my parents. My mother and I had the melon soup, dad had a tuna sashimi platter, and we were all very satisfied!

What a hidden gem, the food was spot on, the service was what you expect from a mandarin hotel, perfect! Keep it that way
