Best salon I have been to in Madrid! I always book with Carmen, she is amazing and I always love my haircuts with her. English and Spanish. And the price is the best I can find for the quality. Highly recommend!

I will always come back here and I will always ask for Carmen. She's amazing, she's talented and she makes you feel so comfortable. I was nervous about getting bangs but she knew just how to frame my face and give me exactly what I wanted (and what I didn't even know I wanted!) She also speaks English which is really helpful!

They are very attentive and provide great advice, giving me results better than I could have imagined 😊 I am very happy to have found a salon which has a lovely atmosphere and where I can feel comfortable using English too! I will definitely come back ! I feared to get my hair done anywhere else but my own country, but Carmen and Tati did an incredible job! They took care of my hair, put a lot of attention to my request and I left the salon feeling great! I definitely recommend this place 100%.

If I ever moved to Madrid, this would be my hair dresser. As someone with very long hair, I don't trust anyone cutting them but Tati and Carmen were amazing, so gentle and precise and listened to everything I asked for. They also tried their best to fix a mistake from a previous hair dresser. Very clean and right prices, finally a place offering a cut only for ends. I can't recommend it enough ❤ thank you!

First of all: Carmen is cool AF and you should all go see her! The place is super cute and clean, with some cool looking goodie bags on display. The wax was amazing AND I got to try threading for the first time... wow, It was so smooth and I barely felt anything. What I'm saying is: Y'all have a regular for life. Thanks so much, Carmen. I can't wait to come back!

Amazing job!!!!! Ive had some bad luck this year with haircuts, and walked in with something strange, walked out looking and feeling fabulous! I got great advice as to what was possible to do, vs just cutting from my imagination. Best of all, I wash my hair and it just falls naturally..that's a sign of an incredible cut. Thank you thank you for making me feel so good to look at myself in the mirror again!

Camen is a great hairstylist. I got a my 4th balayage and cut. My last one, I had my hair bleached at parts but this time I didn’t want to do that. I grew it out and cut it off because I had to tone it more often. I wanted to have a noticeable balayage but keep in the brown and red family and lighten it without bleach. We did a dye test to see how light my hair could look in the first appointment and based on that, we moved forward with a dye/toner. Results are below. I had this done some months ago and my hair is healthier than it was with the bleached version of the balayage.

I had a great experience getting a haircut. I believe Carmen attended me.. She is very skilled and thoughtful, and she transformed my hair. My hair was very thick, heavy, and all the same length. She cut it, added layers, and made it much thinner. Much better for the summer. The price is very affordable as well, it is an amazing value for such a talented professional.

A real pleasure. Carmen is Romanian and speaks English, French and, quite possibly, other languages, as well as Romanian. We had a lovely chat in English!

She gives honest advice - she told me it would be better to let my roots grow out and that they would be a good colour, instead of continuing to colour them.,and that my haircut would last until then.

She also gave me very helpful info about where to live in Madrid and a problem I am having here. We did an eyebrow reshape and tint, as well as Mani/pedi - am super-happy with everything, and the prices were very reasonable.

I highly recommend this place! Have been going here for the past two years and have always walked out feeling super happy and confident. The salon is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. I have been to both Carmen and Macarena and they both do a phenomenal job. They are professional in a way that they listen to their clients wants and offer their expertise opinion and advice. On top of their professionalism, gorgeous salon, they are also extremely affordable.
