Hi. Thanks for a warm and wonderful time during my brief stay at Gran Via 36. The staff was warm and welcoming. Miguel was particularly helpful. Augustine was also very helpful . Those two gentlemen have made my stay a pleasurable one. I sure do recommend Gran Via 36 to one and all, especially to those who want to enjoy Madrid at it's liveliest!

Run away, truthfully, when I was looking for places to live, I read the reviews and didn’t take them seriously and I regretted it ever since. I know it’s very hard to find a place to live and sometimes you have to be in places where you don’t want to be, but this is not worth it. I repeat this is not worth it. Save every penny, you have and go to a worst looking place or cheaper for a while until you find something acceptable, but don’t give in to Smartliving. I cannot express enough DO NOT ENGAGE with this company they take advantage of people needs and the vulnerability that comes with looking for a place to live. again, whatever you do, do not engage with this company. I have way too many bad experiences with it and I wish I gave the negative comments way more weight than I did.

Therese is extremely kind. She leaves our apartment looking very clean and is always very friendly whenever we’re in the apartment!

DON'T BOOK ANYTHING HERE
All the places are of very poor quality and they don't return the deposit (quick update: after 4 months they finally refunded me, only after I texted them through every contact possible.)
They way they treat tenants and the apartments they rent are just a scam.
Stay away from them

The cleaning by Teresa (smart living) was outstanding. She came early and cleaned our entire appartment (kitchen, bathrooms and living rooms). Everything is in neat state and we were very happy with her assistance!
