Amazing staff! Very helpful, and willing to accommodate their customers. The atmosphere in the saloon is very very nice. And still everyone is very professional and knows what they are doing. But I would like to give a special shout out to Monica! Really hard for me to find someone who can deal with my hair (African/ curly) so thank you!

Since moving to Madrid a year and a half ago, Barbers Crew has been my barber.

Update 2023: years later, still my go-to barber.

Initially, I picked it out of the competition because I liked the possibility of booking my appointment online, but after going for my first cut, I never even considered looking to try others.

Jaime, my barber of choice, is quiet and professional. I love how he takes his time to complete the cut, with an astonishing attention to details. One time I was so relaxed that I felt asleep while he was cutting my hair.

Maybe his English is not the best, however he tries hard and we've never had any problems communicating, even when my Spanish was at a lower level than today.

The shop has a pleasing decor, with nice music in the background (if you don't like just ask them and they'll change it). The prices are also honest.

I definitely recommend you give Barbers Crew a try.

I'm a British guy travelling in Madrid for a month. I had an excellent cut today from Jesus. I showed him a picture of my hair at it's best and he cut it exactly how I liked it (if not better to be honest). I will definitely be returnung when I'm back in Madrid later in the year.

Great place, very friendly and Patri gave me a good shave and maintenance tips. Bonus points for the happy dog!

Very friendly and efficient, nice ambiente. They speak some English so I felt very welcome with my few bits of Spanish. Habacuc did a great job, hair cut and beard contours. Would definitely come again

Treated like a king! I’ve been to many barbers in Madrid but these guys are the best. All the staff speak English, which is a massive plus. Jaume cut my hair and beard. He’s a great guy and gave me some fantastic advice and a 5 star service. Totally recommend without reservations.

I dropped by to get a cut after seeing the reviews. They were fully booked but they had a no-show so i was able to squeeze in. They did an incredible job and were super nice to fit me in. A+ rating for sure. Highly recommend it but be sure to book in advance if possible!

Traveling from California — Jesus is a better barber than any I’ve found back home. Cares about his craft, takes his time, and more than patient with my broken Spanish. Highly recommend this shop & Jesus!

I am extremely satisfied with my haircut. The Barbers could understand my instructions even though I spoke in english. The atmosphere in the shop was very calm and comfortable. The price is very affordable unlike many barbershops in the center of Madrid that charge 25+ for a haircut. I will definitely visit again.

I am so happy that i had my haircut there. Actually, after several hair salons in Madrid i have found the client-oriented and well-performing barbershop. I was completely satisfied with my haircut. Even though my barber Miguel (sorry if i misspelled ur name, Pal) didn't speak English, i was always being understood in a proper way. Jaume, one of the barbercrew's team member helped a lot with translation and made my experience even better than it could be.

I am definitely going to visit this place again.

I’ve tried Juame as first ( following the many reviews he had), Alex and at last I just loved the way as patri cuts and make you feel loved for 30 minutes, everyone knows what is doing, confident with their hands and with a professional behaviour.

Scheduled a 6pm appointment but got seated by 630ish but the staff was very friendly and personable. We were offered various drinks and they apologized about running behind. I was hoping for a haircut and shave but they only had time to cut my hair. Juame cut my hair and was awesome. My girlfriend and her friend both were in awe about how detailed oriented he was about cutting my hair. This place is a man man’s type place and should be duplicated back in America. The vibe of this place is very cool and I highly recommend them!

I always had an amazing experience at Barbers Crew and not once did I leave unsatisfied. Juame and everyone there are the nicest people in the world and def earn their great reputation as barbers. Also, they usually have the cutest bulldog visiting.
