Truly an authentic and wholesome Yoga school. Fantastic teachers who are the example of what Yoga truly is. I learned so much I feel blessed. The place is warm and welcoming with gorgeous gardens and mountain and lake views. Full moon night was spectacular! The meals were made only with the freshest products and the main chef prepared them with such love that made them taste delicious.
I absolutely recommend this school to anyone considering the teacher training course 💜🙏💜

I discovered yoga 2 years ago, I practise since then and I can tell it is one of the most important things that have happened to me. This course provides you absolutely control about be blessing - energizing, pacifying, and what is most important to me, balance in all meanings of life. Gled & Sabine combines tradition with their personal style and some magic ingredients to create beautiful and flowing lessons. The teachers transmit yoga in a meaningful and enriching way that has its roots in the asanas and goes beyond them. Their personalises, each movement and is attentive to the rhythm of each person.
I highly recommend this experience.

Amazing school in the mountains of Málaga. A one month long course, led by my father where you live, sleep and eat with like minded people, while learning the art of yoga teaching.

Increíble la experiencia. Una escuela muy profesional y con mucho alma gracias a Gleb y Sabine, he estado 10 días de curso intensivo y sales muy preparado para poder dar clases de yoga, todo bastante completo, sin duda es una experiencia preciosa

Andaba buscando un lugar para mi formación y siempre me aparecía esta escuela, se me cruzo en el camino y decidí seguir la señal y sin duda fue lo mejor que hice. Tao Center es un lugar mágico y tranquilo lleno de paz y alejado de la ciudad donde te invita a sentirte relajado, equilibrado y bien durante todo el tiempo que estas allí. Todas las personas que trabajan allí (profesores, director, codirectora, cocinera..) son personas maravillosas llenas de amor y sabiduría que se reparte entre todos. También tuve la suerte de tener muy buenas compañeras. En definitiva un experiencia única y maravillosa, guarda muy buenos recuerdos y los llevaré siempre en mi corazón. Nos volveremos a cruzar en algún momento. Si estas pensando en hacer la formación o algún tipo de clase, retiro, taller... no lo dudes, hazlo, no te arrepentirás. Mi experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. En Tao Center realicé el curso de formación de profesores de Yoga intensivo de 3 semanas.

Además de la buena formación y seguridad que consigues para dar clases (aunque no tengas mucha experiencia previa con la práctica como en mi caso), estar alli con Sabine, Gleb, Patri, Laura, además de mis compañeros, realmente te hace entender lo que es el Yoga en todo su conjunto, no sólo practicar asanas, es la dieta, la actitud con la vida, ser consciente de tus pensamientos y saber que puedes transformarlos...

Es un curso que realmente puede cambiarte.
Nos hace mas conscientes de lo que realmente somos sin pegatinas ni etiquetas, y de lo que podemos ser.
