Beautiful place for family BBQ

Fresh nature, beautiful lake.

A bit unclear if it is allowed to get to the water by motorcycles but if you head north-east a bit a road down to the bottom of the lake is easy to access. Lovely place.

Beautiful location, even more stunning was watching the seaplanes swooping down to collect water for use on Bush fires in the mountains surrounding Nerja

Great for dog walking, picnics and barbecues in season.

Beautiful lake. If your feeling very fir there is a 17km path/road that runs around the lake. You can hire kayaks or just enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This is a lovely area to walk around. Peaceful with good tracks. La Embalse is short of water due to the long dry period we have had. Good for all ages

Beautiful place to come with families or couples for picnics and BBQ's it was quiet when I went. (march)

Just a great place walking etc round the lake has summer facilities like kayaks etc

Il luogo è stupendo ed il merendero offre spazio per tutti con tutti i servizi, compresi i bagni nei week end. Il problema è che ogni domenica la gente sporca nonostante ci siano i cestini dei rifiuti. Io ed altri camperisti abbiamo ripulito l'area venerdì e lunedì era già pieno di rifiuti ovunque. Vergogna

Muy bien equipada para llevarte tu comida y pasar un buen rato con la familia, desde aquí parten varias rutas de senderismo o mtb en la que puedes disfrutar y pasar un buen rato. A ver si llueve más que está el pantano ha 1/3 y se ve todo muy seco.

Sehr weitläufig mit vielen Grill Stellen und schönen Stellplätzen für Wohnmobile. Glasklares Wasser im Stausee und tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Habe dem Park Ranger 5 € mit Quittung bezahlt für eine Nacht mit dem Wohnmobil. Finde ich in Ordnung. Habe mehrere Leute mit Müllsäcken gesehen die den Müll vermutlich vom Wochenende eingesammelt haben. Eine Oase der Sauberkeit. Bin jetzt 3 Monate in Spanien unterwegs. Nur Müll so was habe ich in 21 Jahren in ganz Europa nicht erlebt.

Es un lugar muy bonito. Hay muchas mesas y bancos y están lo suficientemente separados para que haya intimidad. Hay barbacoas, zona sombreada, todo a un paso del embalse de la Viñuela.
