Casabon Sotogrande

Magical! We had a fantastic time my friends and I last Saturday night. The culinary experience was the best I had in a while. It is clear that Chef Muller is a passionate person and you can feel it in every plate that he proposes. Always lovely when a Chef comes at your table and explains every dishes you are trying. It enhanced one’s experience and brings it to another level.
We ended up going the next day for lunch as well and I believe that by now we have tasted every plate on the menu.
As desert, instead of the usual sweets, we had a great Oscietra Caviar too.
Now going on a diet for a couple of days but we will be back soon!
Thank you again Chef for your dedication to our pleasure.

I really like the restaurant's nice atmosphere, and it's so beautiful with the marina view in Sotogrande. The lobster bisque is super tasty, and the seafood and meat dishes are big and delicious. The cocktails are also really good.

Just revisited after nearly a year. I have been dreaming of the food since returning home and was so excited to try some of their new dishes.

Casabon is not just about food but it’s a whole dining experience. With the service(Vincent) and Chef Muller being the cherry on top. Salivating about our next meal here. An explosion of flavour, not to be missed, Casabon I cannot wait to see you soon.

August 2022 The most amazing dining experience was had in Casabon! The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and the food was the best we have had so far! Highly recommend the Iberian pork and the amazing cocktails!! Definitely will come back.

As o E that comes here often, If you are in Sotogrande there is nothing better !! Worth the trip from Estepona. Christophe is by far the best chef in the Costa del Sol.....a true selection of premium food and wines. I have only great things to say about this place.

Phantastic place to enjoy great environment combined with outstanding food. Highly recommend to try the ribeye steak and to challenge the chef with some special orders. We asked for special desert made from chocolate and got a very delicious surprise. Also the service team did an outstanding job. We will definitely come back. Thanks a lot!

Finally a truly gourmet restaurant in Sotogrande! Last night, we celebrated my son's 25th birthday and we had the best experience as Casabon. The service was amazing! Very attentive. The food was out of this world! 3 in our party had the tasting menu and they enjoyed every course tremendously. The sauces were to die for. Beautiful setting as well. Will definitely be back.

We have just enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at Casabon. The scramble eggs with spinach and omelette with smoke salmon were superb. This is a great new addition to the restaurant scene in Sotogrande.

Fantastic from start to finish . Attentive friendly service wonderful venue with excellent background music . Food was not only stunning to look at but was backed up with its taste . The talented Christophe Muller made sure he spoke ( in French ) to every guest .Highly recommended

One of the most breathless experience I've ever had , food was beautiful, every bite was a sensation discovery and cocktails amazing... the guy who attended us was incredibly nice. Preparing the beverage was a show, and the taste of them could take you to heaven. I'll come back soon!!!

We came across this amazing restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime ; three of us dined and the food , staff and cocktails were far beyond anything we expected . We then returned the following week to experience the fish taster menu - the experience was amazing and the staff and owner / chef go to so much effort to make sure you have an incredible and memorable experience - we will always return here when in Spain . Fabulously creative cuisine and great service. The lubina with citric butter, tuna with watermelon and the apple and ginger tiramisu were innovative and delicious. Great cocktails too. Truly inspiring to speak to a master like Chef Christopher Muller as he shares his passion for cooking. Easy to see why he held 3 Michelin stars for so many years at Paul Bocuse. Wishing you all the very best of luck in this new venture.

A new restaurant to the Marina and a very promising start. Food was very good. Chefs signature dish, citrus sea bass was excellent. Staff were very attentive and efficient. A great evening, we will be back soon.
