Great site in a unique location adjacent to the beach. Pitches good size, shingle, very slight slope so need ramps or self levelling is perfect. Shower & toilets well serviced and good condition. Pitches generally have tree shade, some without. We stayed through April whilst the trees started growing leaves and seeds so suffered a bit with debris and bird droppings. Close to Dequesa port which is very nice with lots of bar/restaurants. With a car or motorcycle it’s easy to travel to surrounding towns and countryside, Cádiz, Gibraltar, Marbella, Ronda all within easy reach. Generally very happy with the site and would stay again.

There are so many reviews for this place, that we'll keep ours as objective as possible. We've read a number of negative comments that are simply not factually correct. We want to correct a few.
We have a large, twin axle unit and large 4x4 all of which the site were informed of in advance of our arrival.
It's indeed true that for such a large rig, it's a difficult site to get around. things need to be taken very slowly and carefully. Some of the pitches are difficult to get onto. I'd go as far as to say, that for a large car and large caravan, some would be impossible to get onto without motor movers and even with, tough. The pitches are a large, generous size, however all cul-de-sac roads are really suitable for smaller vehicles. It took us an hour to get onto our pitch, doing so nearly killed the leisure battery! It required a lot of manoevering to access our Pitch.
Once on and a day or so into time on our Pitch, we realised it was all very much worth the effort. We're private and not overlooked at the end of a cul de sac. Great!
If you intend to use the washing machines/Driers onsite, they are excellent. A variety of wash options and temperature settings. There are driers ... but you won't need them, just use the sun! At only E4 a wash they're competitively priced.
The ONLY issue with this site (in our view), is the A7/N34O road noise. Audible for most of the 24hrs. I imagine that you'd have to be on a pitch much closer to the beach not to hear it. But, the first 6/7 rows ... it's for sure there. But, we got used to it and it won't stop us wanting to return. It's simply a fact of the site (as it is with several other sites along this road and this part of the coast - and they have very little else to compete with La Bella Vista).
The shop is good, well stocked with all necessities and no more expensive than a convenience store anywhere.
The reception team, know lots of stuff, are friendly and helpful. I liked them a lot. Their English (and other language) skills made life a whole lot easier for us.
The maintenance guy, is a nice guy too, he tries to appear gruff, but it's only skin deep.
The restaurant is good value for money, with a good range of quality dishes. The red wine choice is limited ... which could be improved. But the on-the-house Baileys after your meal was excellent! It's a very good facility.
The bar and entertainment is also a really good offering. Bar staff are friendly and good for a laugh.
The showers, toilets,, laundry, baby changing rooms ... all absolutley amongst the best anywhere. Large, spacious as I never seen elsewhere, always spotlessly clean. There are lots of sinks, showers, toilets and enough washers and driers. Can't fault the site facilities ... just a few of the patrons.
The location is world class. 10 minutes walk to an English chippie, an upmarket Indian restaurant and 3 local supermarkets. 15 minutes walk to 3 local restaurants and a bar (even more in the summer when all the Chiringuitos open).
20-25 minutes slwo walk to La Duquesa Marina with shops, hairdressers, barbers, a myriad of cafes, bars and restaurants.
The beach is fantastic, there is several miles of well-lit paved promenade to walk.
There is masses to do and shop wihtout using a car. If you use your car there are loads of local shops and large supermarkets.
This truly is what we hoped our first trip to Spain for winter would be, all in one site which has a couple of practical challenges but ... we WILL return, a lot ... if we can get booked in and of course, it's busy for very good reason!

A very well managed site with excellent modern shower facillites and laundry facillities.
Direct access to the beach and approx 20 minutes walk up the beach to a little harbour with numerous good restaurants and bars.
We stayed here for 4 nights in early November and the site was almost full , a very popular site indeed.

Great location. Gate out straight to the beach and promenade. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Can't be beaten in the winter for sun and location. Good bar and entertainment on site and good facilities.
The only negative is the pitches are not level and even with large ramps it's hard to get level. But it's a small price to pay considering the location.

Great location with excellent facilities. We stopped for 3 nights while visiting friends. There is a beautiful marina just a short walk away with a fantastic range of different restaurants & bars. The beach isn't the softest sand but stunning nonetheless. If there was 1 slight downside it was the local road noise.👍🇬🇧🇪🇸

Stayed here for two months, from our arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. We have a 9m motorhome and had no problems parking on the pitches which are all serviced and clean. The bar/restaurant is great, the food is first class as are all the staff. Direct access from the site is a huge plus, lovely area and beach . Already booked for 2023. The showers and toilets are immaculate and the best we have experienced on any site .

another nice camping site on our trip around spain, Manilva is defo a place to stop worth a few days. camp site was clean and staff where nice. Washing machine and dryer where 4 euro a turn, token from reception. beach was a 1 min walk from the campsite. Shops on site was good too. clean facilities but could of been cleaner, dust behind loo doors etc. shower was amazing, powerful and hot. we did not go into the bar, but it had one and with entertainment calender running. staff always ready to help. Pitches are large, sligh slope(levelling ramps needed) but not too bad. Pool area was clean and had its own toilets etc. sun loungers on the pool side where old and tattered. take a towel.

This is one of our most favourite sites. We absolutely adore the location. The weather in this area is generally superb in February. Lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. Golf courses are excellent in the area. All facilities are super clean, amongst the best we've experienced in campsites anywhere.

Everything in the site is perfect except the lady's bathrooms, they flood and people don't bother leaving them clean ( hubby said mens were fine and clean). Wouldn't let this stop me from staying again...booked 3 nights ended up staying 7!local bus to Estaphona and Gibralta runs every 2 hours Monday to Friday. €1.90 each way.

Been here twice now, 5 stars ⭐ to us. It’s a great site with fantastic facilities. I do see some negatives on here and that’s their view. For us we have covered 80% of Europe in our MotorHome and we rate it 5 star here. Keep up the good work. We shall pop back on our next tour.

On the whole - we were very impressed with this site and can see us returning.

The location is excellent. A walk along the sea front is just at the bottom of the site through a secure gate and there are very many restaurants within 15 minutes - as well as a lively marina. The nearest big supermarket is a bit of of a hike over the dual carriageway so best to stock up up on heavier items before pitching up.

The toilets and showers were potentially first class ( designed and built to a high standard) but could do with a bit of TLC - like a lot of places, to be fair, post covid.

Nice bar and restaurant although we only had lunch once there which was ok. Swimming pool was quite small. Fine for a dip rather than a proper swim.

Others have commented on full time residents making the place look untidy. This was not our experience. The permanent pitches were very well kept - most completely covered with astroturfing and the owners we met were very welcoming and helpful.

A lot of local people (many from Gibraltar) come over for the weekend. As is the case with many campsites, probably best not to arrive on Friday or Saturday as it could be more difficult to find a pitch.

Pitches were of a very good size for a motorhome and fully serviced with hedges. Wifi was excellent.

For us - the site ticked many boxes and as I me mentioned at the beginning - I can see us returning. Intended to stay for 4 or 5 nights but ended up staying for 10.

Outstanding 100% for position unbeatable . Large pitches for spain still a bit tight getting in but the best I've seen in spain so far. clean modern facilities lovely restaurant and bar and entertainment of some kind every night nice pool open all year and if you get the right pitch 4 steps from a beautiful beach. If your nearer the reception the road noise can be a bit off putting but you soon get used to it we had 30 nights and will definitely return.wonderful walks into the harbour port full of yachts I can't afford but also full of bars cafes shops and restaurants...

Lovely camper area, right on the beach and a short distance to lovely small town with shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and the facilities are some of the best we’ve encountered. They also have a little shop with necessities and you can order fresh bread. Just watch out if using Google maps to get there, it made us exit one stop too early and end up driving around the small neighborhood.

Fab campsite right on the beach with spotless modern facilities. Showers, laundry, shop etc all on site. The small pitches really are small. Our 5.7 m van just squeezed on, but plenty of bigger spacious pitches available.
