Very nice place and staff! Clean room and bathroom. Every bed had it's own socket, reading light and a spacious shelf. It was cold outside, so instead of enjoying the pool, we played some of their board games. I'm coming back here on my next Camino!

Excellent. By far the best place I have stayed on the Camino. Main highlight was the dinner which only cost €12 for three courses. I had a cheese and tomato salad, pork cutlet and tarta de Santiago. All were excellent and the staff were very friendly. After 27km walking this was exactly the place I needed. Muchas gracias.

Fantastic albergue, really friendly staff, a welcoming warm place! Great dinner & breakfast, lovely terrace out back. They serve food all day until 9pm so you don’t have to wait until 7 for pilgrim dinner! Great showers. So lovely to put my feet in the pool :) loved this stop so close to Santiago!

Don't think you could find a better place to stay on the Camino, so far. A group of ten in a room, all with bottom bunks. Real cloth sheet and pillow case for each bunk. They even have a hair dryer in the ladies room. Due to Covid-19, they are not serving meals, but are allowing our group to use their kitchen. Truly, the best place so far.

Once you merge into the last 100 km of the French Way, there are plenty of albergues. Pro tip: if you are a seasoned pilgrim doing more than the last 100km try to stagger your stages so you only walk with the turistas for a few hours in the morning. What I mean by stagger is that you do not sleep in the main recommended end-of-stage towns. By doing this, you get a few quiet hours in the morning (the day trippers don’t get up early) and quiet afternoon. Boente is 6 km away from Melide, and it is far away enough that I had the albergue all to myself!! It also had a tiny, freezing pool where I had a quick dip to remove inflammation.

I spent one night at the end of the season and the staff was still very friendly, helpful, and I want to thank them for my the good night sleep with a clean room, sheets, pillow case and a towel! The salad had plenty of veggies and dinner was excellent.

Good spot to stop on your way to Santiago. The staff super nice, the place with a nice terrace and the pool, even if only to put your tired feet in, is heaven.

We stayed in the hotel rooms, rather than the dormitory. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Pilgrim menu was excellent.

Room condition was good.
Hamburger set I had, was good and reasonable.
It's good place to stopby or sleep.
