We where looking to find a broker to sell our house and found FabCasa with owner Fares. It was unbelievable!!!! Within a few days everything was arranged and after putting our house on the internet it was sold in two days. Despite some administration problems which Fares solved immediately it went very smooth. No worries no problems.

Selling my property in Dolores was a daunting experience, unfamiliar territory, language and the Spanish property market making it difficult to proceed without a certain amount of caution and concern. It was not straightforward as I needed Power of Attorney to proceed, and help with understanding the process. Considering all this, the sale was completed in under 5 months.
