Parque Verano Azul

Beautiful colourful playground with lots of interesting things for kids and adults. If you need something to make your kids tired after too much ice cream and sweets then this is the place. Very clean and well maintained.

Always well worth a visit to the Parque Verano Azul with its memories of the TV series which brought so many people to Nerja. The replica of the boat (El Barco) has been enhanced by the images of the characters from the show now appearing on deck and in the various posters around the park.

The only thing missing is the statue of Chanquete which is in the tourism office in the town centre.

A beautifully scenic and nautical part of the costa's. Surrounded by stunning landscape and the glistening waters of the Mediterranean ocean; I highly recommend checking this place out which has a beautiful nod to the ancestral fishermen of times gone by.

Excellent kids park, for all ages. Must be recently renovated because it’s brand new and has a lot of fun features. Section for 1-4 y.o., 4-15 etc.

Lovely playground for kids. It has some shade too. Toilets, as usual in Spain, have no soap.

Very comfortable & pretty park to stop and recharge our internal batteries and have a drink of whatever we're carrying... at the end of Nerja.

It's a good place to go and relax and enjoy a glass of wine or cervasa , maybe watch a game at petanka and simple enjoying the surrounding views , the service at the kiosk is always pleasant and welcoming .

Small car park in a convenient location, only 10 minutes walk to Balcon. Usually only costs €2 for all day, sometimes it's free.

Played Boules and walking football here several times a week while on holiday. Great facility!

Coming to this place brings back old memories of the past, Verano Azul more than a tv show was a magical child way of living.

Free parking for your car.
As the parking in next to a school, is very busy. The chances to get a free lot are limited when is the school run.

Beautiful flowers, some football pitches. During a sunny day there is some shadow space. Public bathrooms are in the center.

Nostalgic for Spanish folk… was interesting to learn about it
