Very good and big tapas! Highly reccomended for sardines and anchovies

We really enjoyed our meal of ensalada mediterranea, little fried fishes and grilled vegetables. For the four of us, the fish plate for 3 was perfect. We then had the cheesecake (which was an unexpected dish), flan (turron version) and tiramisu. Our waiter and waitress were fun and spirited! For those who complained about the cost of the shrimp, that is the problem with these shrimp. They are market price and even at the market, these shrimp are expensive and hit or miss. They can be amazing, or quite disappointing, particularly for the price. Also, paella sometimes has to be ordered in advance. You can get lucky and get it on demand if the kitchen can manage it, but I wouldn't count on it.

Delicious food, lovely people running it, a great atmosphere and very convenient location for lunch or dinner, in town.

Items on daily menu are exceptionally good value here, if you can keep from getting distracted by all the tempting a la carte items, especially fresh fish and diverse selection of tapas. Owners are also considerately accommodating of allergies, offering suggestions as well as keeping them in mind, from memory, on return. Consistently extraordinary!

A wonderful experience. Forget about the touristy, overpriced places in downtown, this is it. Fresh fish, everything tasted great. We were alone with locals only and surely they know where to eat well. Bravo!

Bueníiissimo! El tomate con ventresca un manjar que se deshace en la boca y la fritura de pescado una delicia traída del mar. Buen trato y buen producto, volveremos 🤤

Un lugar en el que se está a gusto, con buena atención y se come de 10!!! La fritura de pescado estaba muy buena, todo (si hay algo en carta que es congelado, te lo indica el camarero) producto fresco de la lonja a tu mesa.

Hemos comido hoy, siguiendo la recomendación del cocinero, una fritura de pescado. Buenísimo. Pescado fresco y de calidad, bien frito, nada aceitoso, con buen aceite, variedad y cantidad de pescado. El dueño Jose y el camarero Cristian muy amables y simpáticos. Buen precio. Volveremos

Fui el día de mi cumpleaños y salí maravillada del lugar , de la atención, de la comida tan sabrosa .La atención de chico inmejorable hasta un chupito para terminar nos brinda gratis. Vale la pena ir a Altea y visitar esa taperia

Una cena inmejorable, con muy buena comida y de excelente calidad. Se puede ver el producto fresco de la lonja, como boquerones o gambas, y además el tomate rosa típico de la zona que impresiona su tamaño y está brutal. No dejéis de pedir la sepia, el mejor plato sin ninguna duda que probamos.

El trato fue muy bueno, el propietario es muy amable y atento. Nos recomendó sus postres caseros, y aunque estábamos llenos, pedimos el flan de turrón y fue un acierto total. ¡Estaba espectacular!
