Best tortilla I had in Madrid. I ve took 3 pinchos.. 1 salmon & Roquefort 1 tortilla classic with onions + 1 tortilla with peppers and caramelizwd onions. This last one was prob not the best because peppers arrived a bit too cold .. but I give 5 anyway because the overall taste was unbelievable. I ll be back for sure

This place is a neighborhood gem! We ate here each night of our stay in Madrid after our first visit. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere can’t be beat. They specialize in tortilla & croquetas, all of which are great. We had tortilla (chistorra, cebolla caramelizada con cabral, and puerro), croquetas (boletus, cabrales, ibèrico, and cocido), albòndigas, and more. Come early and prepare to be patient - it gets increasingly busy as the evening progresses & the servers are moving on all cylinders. It’s definitely a popular spot with locals. The whole place was packed, indoors & outdoors, each night, and everyone is happy to be there. Our guy Jose is A++! It’s a few blocks away from Argüelles station (Yellow 3 line on the Metro heading towards Moncloa). Make the trip to Casa Paco, and have a bit of tortilla for us.

Went there just for a snack. Nothing to complain about. Friendly service, good tortilla, cold draft beer. Reasonable prices.

A real finding. A proper madrid bar with an excellent menu of the day, good quality and gluten-free. Never thought it was possible.

Very good tortillas for very good prices. If you are going here, you will need to know few basic spanish words because waiter speak just a little bit english. But worth of try.

Stopped in after a walking tour that ended in the park nearby. Ordered the menu of the day. I choose the salmon. It was a large thin piece that was grilled. Very tasty. Another in our party had the tortilla, in Spain these are like omelettes. It was very good. In fact, they had multiple different tortillas to choose from. Service was good. They even packed our left overs to go. Lots of locals, which is usually a good sign.

2 persons for lunch ~ 20€ (each two dishes and drink and bread). Loved it.

Amazing food and extremely good value, 3 courses + a drink + bread for under €10. There was not a tourist in sight, although a smattering of Spanish words is required as all staff bar one spoke very little English, however they were super friendly and very helpful. We were lucky to get a table as this place seems very popular.

love Love LOVED this place when I lived in Madrid. this spot is the real deal for tortilla in true madrileño style. don't expect much/any English out of the staff/menu, but DO expect the best tortilla in the city at the best price. it's easy to access by metro, but definitely try to go at times OTHER THAN typical Spanish meal times because it's teeny tiny and fills up quickly

Fantastic tortillas! For sure one of the best in Madrid! Enjoyed a beer and croquettas with friends in a lively atmosphere! Would recommend to friends and family! A very busy location so be prepared to stand.

Great place to bring your friends. Food is delicious and the service is very good and fast. Alot of variety in the meals, its the ideal Spanish food & drinks bar. It does get a bit crowded so make sure you're in there early. Try the Salmon & Roquefort tortilla or the parmesan cheese croquetas.

Casa Paco is the best! For a budget-conscious traveller or resident, it offers plenty of delicious food for a very good price - I recommend the tortillas and croquetas (2 "pinchos" of the tortillas and 2 croquetas are plenty for 2 people to share). The salmon de roquefort for tortillas is fantastic, and I recommend the eggplant and sabrosado (mixed meats) for the croquetas, whenever available. Our meal for two came close to 13 euros (including a coca-cola light and a bottled water) - A steal for the quality of the meal!

The legit local bar experience. This place really reminded me of Anthony Bourdain's kind of place. It is not located on the fancy Street. The food is out of this world. At least 8 different types of Spanish omelettes

Amazing! Staff didn’t speak English (this place was all locals!) but tried very hard to accommodate. One of our favorite meals in Madrid!
