Hotel Costa Narejos

Excellent 4 star hotel and spa. Friendly and lovely staff. Clean lovely rooms. April May September and October pay for breakfast and evening meal and stay for free, so 40€ a night and 1 hour in the spa included, to book just pay one night's deposit and pay the remainder on arrival.

Stayed for a short visit very impressed, albeit the hotel a little tired physically. A little bit out of date, but it was sweet. All the staff from reception, bar staff, dining staff and especially cleaning staff friendly. A bit brutal and forthright at the spa facilties, but rules are rules I suppose, not that I've ever come across that type of rule in a spa.
Superbly located at the bottom of the main High Street has everything you need. Short drive from Murcia airport. Comfortable driving distance to La Manga. Yeah decent would stay again not bad for a non-luxury hotel.

The room given was spacious, clean and comfortable altough the bed could have a more rigid mattress for me. We took the full board and were surprised by the good quality and variety offered at the buffet. Drinks also served at really affordable prices. Friendly staff. It was a good experience overall regardless of the amount of families around. The cons were the beach (not the best one for me but can be great for kids) and the swimming pool that was too small and dominated by children playing, obviously due to holiday season.

Only used the hotel spar, which we have been using for a number of years now. Julie is English, so there is no issue with sorting out treatment, but there is also Spanish speaking staff. Always made you feel welcome, and prices are very reasonable

Lovely clean and well run, nothing too much trouble for the staff who were all friendly , welcoming and helpful

We have stayed here many times, it's fantastic value, spotlessly clean and a great location.
The people who work there are all absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble and exceptionally polite.

A superb stay yet again. 3rd year on the bounce. Comfy facilities, great food and a super bar with a fab happy hour! Staff super friendly and always willing to help. Great location for the local amenities and beach. I really enjoy my yearly visit to this easy going place.

Great location very clean food fabulous great choice staff are brilliant hadnto leave a day early as my husband took ill and they gave me a.refund for the night I had to go will be back next year

Just about to leave this hotel 😭, must say how lovely it's been staying here, booked it last minute when we arrived, the staff have been helpful from start to finish, the room was lovely, big and clean, the location is perfect to the beach and to the square, ideal for a chilled holiday, would definitely recommend this hotel, I will be booking this hotel again when I come back 😊😎

This is our third occasion of stopping at this hotel, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, if I had to be really honest the décor could do with an update, it's looking tired in a few places and compared to other hotels ive recently stayed in very old fashioned, but it wouldn't stop me visiting AGAIN

Wonderful escape , by the sea , beautiful promenade alone Mar Menor , diverts restaurants around. Very pleasant stay

Our first time here,our party of 4 agreeded,could not find a problem with the hotel, the food was excellent plenty of choice,staff where very friendly room was nice and clean,closed to the beach,also just across the road from a lot of bars and restaurants.
Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great location, all amenities on site, very close to beach, bars, restaurants and local transport (bus service right outside). Breakfast on site is very good, lots of choices and no rush as is open from 7.30 to 10.30am. Polite staff, can't ask for more really. Good stay.

This was our first time at the hotel & los Alcazares & we spent an enjoyable time there.
All of the hotel staff throughout were very friendly and helpful.
The buffet meals served up were varied each day, presented beautifully & delicious.
Our room was large, clean & furnished nicely with everything available for a home from home comfort + an extra large balcony equipped with furniture for outside living.
A wonderful stay, that will not be our last visit to this delightful hotel & beach resort -thank you to everyone at Hotel Costa Narejos

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and set in a fantastic location a very short walk from a fabulous beach.
Highly recommended.

The staff and facilities were first class. Happy hour was just that. Lots of bar staff trying so hard to get every body served and the prices and quality of drinks were exceptional. The buffet restaurant meant that everyone could select food of there choice. We spent 3 nights there and wanted to stay longer. I lost a very expensive pair of prescription sun glasses which were located in lost property and shipped off to me which I received in good order. Hope to take another holiday there soon.

Lovely staff the atmosphere was great during happy hour. Plenty of sunbeds available. Tea and coffee facilities and english tv good. Good night's sleep. Highly recommended
