It is a very local cute and delicious italian restaurand in the middle of Madrid. The chef was always around, pizza rocks, melanzane is amazing, we even loved the salad!.. if you are looking for a local fair play, this is the one ; thank you

The best pizza I had in Madrid in a very long time! The “Cappriciosa” pizza with artichoke is incomparable. The tiramisu is also incredibly tasty. 🤤 Great experience, I am eager to come back already.

Fresh and authentic ingredients. Fast and friendly service. Pizza sauce is balanced and the crust on point. Pastas are really good and balanced in flavor. Try the tiramisu.

I live in Barcelona and every time I am in Madrid I make it a mission to come eat here. I have been fortunate enough to travel through northern and central Italy; this restaurant is easily better than a large majority of the place I ate. The first time I was there the chefs in the kitchen were arguing with each other and yelling - that is how you know you’re eating at the right place.

After visiting Cordoba, Seville & Granada for the first 12 days of our vacation, we headed to Madrid for 5 nights and four days of exploring to wrap things up. We had done our share of tapas and local favorites and were ready for a change. We decided to try Italian and found La Capricciosa Italiana via a google search. It was close to our AirBNB and we decided to give it a try. Great choice! It wasn't crowded the first time we went (yes, we ended up going a 2nd time!) and we were seated immediately. After some initial banter we received a menu in English and then it became the decision from hell! Everything on the menu looked and sounded great! We ended up with a veggie bowl and a pizza. Both were delicious! Second time in I opted for Tortellini Emilia and my esposa had a pizza. Spot on again.

Great service; fun atmosphere and definitely worth writing a review for! And if we get back to Madrid we'll be enjoying this great restaurant again1

A small but delicious Italian restaurant - the raw products are excellent. We were there for the first time in 2019, we happened to be at the Sunday market, but this year we specifically went to eat there. Despite the nostalgia, the reality did not disappoint - it was so delicious that we returned a week later to eat again. We discovered that it was necessary to make a reservation in advance - which made us order takeaway and it was perfect - highly recommend - order in advance

Do yourself a favor and order the bruschettas. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

We stopped by for a quick dinner and had a blast here. The pizza is big and could feed two people, and it is delicious!!!!

I came to this Italian restaurant after a lot of picks in the local cuisine.

If I have spotted it earlier I would have come again during my stay in Madrid.

The service was perfect, very generous and with smile (Alex) and also picked the suggestions that he made.

All of them were very good!

I started with a salad La Romana and finished with Lasagna di Came. And of course the real finish with an authentic espresso cafe!

The price is good and the quality of the food awesome!

I suggest you to visit this restaurant in your stay in Madrid!

We ordered the lasagna and the tortellini con panna e prosciutto. They were both delicious, don’t be fooled by the pictures, it tasted way better than it looks. The packaging of the pasta was interesting but nice and they even gave us some bread for the sauce and some parmigiano cheese to put on top. Will definitely try their food again but next time I’m the restaurant.

We visited in the summer of 2023. We didn't have time to sit down and have dinner. So we only tried the tiramisu, as we had read great reviews. And it did not disappoint. The tiramisu is indeed fabulous. Totally worth going even if that's the only thing you will eat there.

La Cappriciosa Italiana is my favorite italian restaurant in Madrid. A typical Cantina Italiana with tasty pastas and pizzas and fantastic desserts, such as Tiramisú and Cannoli.

To lunch, the Menú del Día is a good choice for those who want good food and fair price. Highly recommend it.

Authentic Italian food in the heart of Las Latinas. Enjoyed the cosy little spot. Very nice bruschetta appetizer. Bread provided to start. Ravioli was excellent. Lovely house red wine was drank, and excellent beer on tap as well. Wonderful desserts and coffee (and limoncello!). Will go back

Excellent place. First plate, second plate, dessert and soda included in the noon menu for only 11,9 Euros.

Always busy and always delicious! Try their chili oil on your pizza. Love the bruschetta and everything else I have tried. Would recommend!!
