Clínica Dental González y Casado

I found this clinic in internet with some good reviews. I went there for checkup since I have not visited a dental for quiet while. So I did deep cleaning and whitening treatment and I have other scheduled treatments in the future.
To be honest I knew the reason why they have good reviews, very awesome service. Here are few highlights:
- Staff is super nice, and I meant everyone. I felt really like I am surrounded with friends not going for doctor and I was really amazed by that.
- Very attentive to all the details
- They do speak English and even the one who doesn’t, they will always walk the extra mile to help you.

I really recommend this clinic and I can say confidently is the best clinic in Madrid . I still have some further treatments and I will update the review accordingly.

Difficult to put into words how exceptional the level of service and care is here.

The clinic is clean and modern with the latest generation of equipment. All of the staff are friendly, kind and welcoming.

Special mention to Angeey who carried out a number of procedures for me and was detailed and gentle throughout. A true professional who really cares both about the quality of her work and the comfort of the patient.

Hands down the best dental clinic in Madrid for Implants and Esthetics.

Background: I've had issue with my front tooth for the past 4 years where my root canal had a mild infection which severely damaged my bone marrow. Coming from the US, it was very difficult to find a trusting dentist to perform a bit more complicated implant procedure in a foreign country. I've visited more than a dozen different dental clinics around Madrid, and I just couldn't find a place that I felt comfortable. Dr. Gonzalez and her team stood out from the rest.

Trust (5/5): They were accommodating from the moment I entered their clinic, and provided a thorough examination and explanation which exuberated their expertise in the field, and cared about the essential needs of patients more than over-selling their products and services.

Facility (5/5): Top notch facility with high-end modern technology that allowed a thorough examination.

Language (5/5): Dr. Gonzalez is fluent in English and even if other staff members aren't, they use whatever method to make sure you are being communicated.

Implant Procedure (5/5): If it's your first time getting implant, feeling nervous is inevitable. And the most important thing is the fact that you see a humble yet strong confidence in your doctor who understand how patients feel before/during/post surgery. Dr. Gonzalez showed exactly that. She's explained what to expect, allowed patients to digest the situation, and after 10 min into a surgery, I felt completely relaxed.

Customer Service (5/5): Absolutely Spectacular. Can't get better than this. No spoiler here, but thank you for the post-surgery surprise!

Had a great appointment! Very easy to schedule by calling or messaging on WhatsApp. The cleaning and x-rays were 69 euros total. They were able to get me in very quickly too! The dentist and hygienist spoke English which was very helpful as my Spanish isn't that good. Would recommend!

*Edited to add that I went back for 2 fillings & it was a very good experience! Doctor was great. In & out in less than an hour. 110 euros total.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The dentist who treated me did a fantastic job, and I was impressed with the level of skill and attention to detail that they showed. incredibly incredible, they treat you like a family, the whole team, knows me , greet me, chat with me, they became a friends,
2- communication :
Magical, i live in Dubai and my mouth was heading to a disaster, i found them through google reviews and communicated with them by whats app and emails for a month and half, send them my 3D and panoramic scan, they send me treatment plans, by hours and dates and price, recommendations....so i took a flight just to fix my teeth in 2 weeks.
they were checking on me in their day off! this is exceeded my expectations, they are perfect.
3- cleanliness and hygiene :
This is very important for me and they are 10 out of 10
4-the Doctor Silvia Gonzales :
she is an artist, human, speaks perfect English, my whole treatment were painless, her knowledge ,experience and work are of the chart, are the top of the chain, she check on me in her day off, explain every single step she does while doing it, laugh and joke with me, keeps me calm. her study and work are enchanting. she never rushed a process, i owe her and will never forget her as fixing all my teeth was a dream for me and she made it true in 2 weeks.
5-Location:
the best ever in the middle of downtown , 5 min walk to everything.
6-Technology and specialty:
the latest technology, they even have a doctor that her only job is to do a rout canal ! she did 2 in 20 min, WOW
7-Price:
perfect and affordable, less than half of the price in Dubai, , oh yes, i had massive treatment, 4 new implants, 2 crowns for 2 old implants that i didn't complete, 2 wisdom tooth removal, removing 2 tooth, regenerative for infected bone below them and replaced by implants, 3 filling, bonding 2 teeth, re shaping 3 teeth, 2 rout canals and crowns after treatments, cleaning, whiting.....and so many things. in 6 sessions she did all and i have perfect smile now :)
If you suffered all your life like me and you want to fix your teeth for good, travel there and fix them all with Dr. silvia.

I came to know GONZALEZ Y CASADO Dental Clinic for some time now. My experience with this clinic has been utterly good. All members of my family go there and are happy. Not only Dr. Gonzales is fantastic but the staff are absolutely amazing.They are all friendly, helpful, and professional. The place always smells great and is spotless. Prices are reasonable taking into consideration the extraordinary service they provide. I highly recommend this dental clinic if you are looking for professionalism and excellent customer service.

I’ve been going to this clinic for a few months now for a gum repair treatment and I am so impressed by the skill of the staff and their professionalism. Por primera vez en mi vida tengo ganas de ir al dentista.
Acudí a la clínica por varios problemillas que hacía tiempo quería solucionar pero ningún dentista antes me transmitió la confianza necesaria para ponerme en sus manos.
Sin embargo desde que conocí a la doctora González y a su equipo, el trato, la cercanía, amabilidad y sobre todo profesionalidad y los resultados que estoy viendo en mi boca han hecho que ésta sea mi clínica y la doctora Silvia González mi dentista.

La Dr García no es solo una excelente profesional con una técnica impecable si no también una hermosa y generosa persona. Me he hecho un tratamiento de invisalign y un blanqueamiento, la Dra. Carretero es una artista y me ha quedado una sonrisa de alfombra roja. El resto de compañeras recepción, atención al paciente, dentistas e higienistas maravillosas y la clínica moderna y agradable. Muchas gracias!

Me he hecho dos extracciones, curetaje y varias endodoncias, estoy muy contento con el resultado y con el trato de la doctora e higienistas, dan mucha confianza.

Por último, también me gustaría destacar la limpieza y la comodidad de la clínica. Las instalaciones son modernas y están equipadas con la última tecnología. También hay un área de espera muy agradable, donde se puede leer, ver la televisión o trabajar con el ordenador.

Me han extraído las 4 muelas, fenomenal! Todo el personal es súper agradable y la doctora habla mucho durante la extracción para mantenerte distraída y que se te haga más liviana la experiencia.

Estoy a la espera de un tratamiento aterrorizada. Tienen una paciencia infinita para pacientes com tanto miedo y tan complicados como yo. Toda mi confianza en sus manos. Me están tratando mejor que bien.
