On a bank holiday I woke up with severe pain in my wisdom tooth. They managed to see me in no time at all and managed to relieve the pain. 4 days later I had the tooth extracted. All the staff were fantastic and the surgery went very well. My Spanish isn't very good and they were more than happy to help me and speak English. Special thank you to Alex! I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved.

Went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, managed to call and had the tooth removed within the same day, staff are very kind, helpful, and informative. My go-to dentist from now on.

My partner suffered a broken tooth while on holiday on Madrid. They saw us very quickly on a Sunday. They were kind and helpful and spoke great English. They put my partner at ease and extracted her tooth efficiently. They explained the process well at all stages in the process, and also provided excellent after care.
We hope you don't need an emergency dentist during your stay in Madrid, but if you do, this is the one we'd recommend.

Pude concertar cita con tan solo unas horas de antelación un 6 de enero por la mañana por una muela del juicio. Durante todo el proceso fueron muy claros y profesionales respecto a la operación necesaria y los costes. En mi caso necesité de un cirujano para extraer la muela. Vino en un par de horas y el coste fue de 350€. Los costes siempre te los dicen de antemano para que puedas elegir si seguir adelante o no. En resumen trabajan bien y atienden rápido, lo cual es de agradecer en este tipo de situaciones.

Ir a la clínica CEAM ha sido un gran acierto. Me atendieron muy rápido y no tuve que esperar llegando 5 minutos antes de mi cita. Además, la limpieza dental con el doctor Jorge ha sido de 10, nunca me habían dejado los dientes así, y me explicó al detalle todas las dudas que tenía. Sin duda volveré.

Decidir ir a ese centro dental fue sin duda un acierto monumental, especialmente después de que un dolor en la muela del juicio me tomara por sorpresa. Fue un sábado por la mañana y al llamar me consiguen una cita en apenas una hora. El dentista, Jorge, resultó ser un crack total: amable, con una habilidad para hacerte sentir en confianza instantáneamente.

Ni bien me senté, Jorge me hizo un chequeo rápido, sacó una radiografía en tiempo récord (de esas veces que te quedas mirando pensando, "¿pero cómo hicieron tan rápido?") y me explicó con pelos y señales lo que estaba pasando. Resulta que tenía pericoronaritis y lo mejor era decirle adiós a la muela problemática ahí mismo, en el acto. Me aclaró cuánto costaría (60 euros de chequeo y 190 de operación) y como procedería, y antes de darme cuenta, ya estaba con mi muela, antibióticos y analgésicos en la mochila, listo para encontrarme con mi primo que se había tomado un café esperándome.

Lo increíble es que, después de la intervención, me fui de viaje y no tuve ni un solo problema. Y para rematar, media hora después de salir por la puerta, ya tenía en mi correo el informe y la factura, listos para pasarla a la agencia de seguros. Hablando de eficiencia y profesionalismo, este lugar se lleva un 11/10. Si estás buscando un lugar de confianza para tus dientes, ni lo dudes.

Me atendieron casi inmediatamente, un sábado (!), a la hora de comida (!!). Rápido, con profesionalidad y todas las pautas necesarias. En mi caso, el precio de la consulta incluyó la radiografía que también me hicieron al instante. Estoy hasta sorprendida que todavía haya sitios donde puedes venir y en media hora tienes recetas, y sabes que exactamente te pasa. Recomendable 👍

Llevamos a nuestro hijo de urgencias y nos trataron de maravilla Carlos y su ayudante. Empatía y profesionalidad, muy recomendable. Por sugerir una mejora, la sala de espera está muy abandonada.

El día 31 de diciembre fueron los únicos en poder ayudarme con una infección tremenda, donde otros me decían que no la tenía, no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento por su labor y su buen hacer. Encima educados y cercanos. Jamás tendré palabras suficientes de agradecimiento.
