Museo del Palmeral

Very interesting and nice Museum explaining everything about the story of the palmeral and the use of Palm trees in Elche. It shows also some tools used ti cultivate and work Palm trees and dates. Tickets are only 1€ per person so a visit Is definitely recommended.

Nice small museum indoor and an outdoor area also. Free entry for summer 2020 so take the chance to see it free.

Very interesting and we have learned a great deal of the plantation of palm-tree, crops and water irrigation system from the Arab and use of different part of the tree. I got to learn that actually palm-tree is not a tree but a herb. Very informative.

It's very pretty and informative. It's full of very interesting information and history of Elche and Palm trees.

The best time to visit is just before Palm Sunday, when the ladies who make the palms are working.

Close to Alicante and easy to get to by train, a great park to explore.

Free and informative.

Nos gustó mucho la visita tanto al huerto ,con sus palmeras y otras especies de árboles y flores, como el museo y ver la historia y el trabajo de los palmeros ,el edificio esta unido por un anexo de madera y está muy cerca del jardín Huerto del cura y el hotel Huerto del cura

Casa de verano con un museo que cuenta con paneles que explican todo sobre la palmera, desde su origen hasta su encaje con la historia de Elche y cómo se ha preservado el palmeral.
Algo apartado de la zona antigua, pero se llega en un corto paseo. Está en la misma calle que el Huerto del Cura.

Los domingos la entrada es gratuita. Para mi parecer, uno de los lugares más bonitos y encantadores de Elche. Merece mucho la pena.

Un Museu i jardí molt interessant per comprendre el sistema ecològic i història del palmerar d'Elx.

Museo donde se explica el origen de los palmerales y todo el proceso para conseguir las palmas blancas. Cuenta con un pequeño jardín. Los domingos la entrada es gratuita

Me encantó todo el entorno, con sus palmeras singulares (La Pipa), sus árboles frutales y la pequeña acequia que la recorre. Y ¡cómo no!, el museo, donde se explica con todo detalle el oficio tan antiguo de la cuidar de las palmeras.

Très beau musée très pedagogique! Mince il manque un peu pour le français! Très intéressant la vie d’Elche pour la cultiver les palmiers et aussi la vie locale. Intéressant !! Je vous recommande d’y aller! De plus il y a des lectures adaptées pour les personnes FALC (Facile à lire et à comprendre)... j’ai beaucoup aimé!

Una visita muy recomendable

Un très jolie musée, toute l'histoire des Palmiers de Elche ainsi que l'artisanat wt les fêtes traditionnelles , le musée et très bien agence et chaleureux. ( climatisation)
