We stayed for one night, had a very big comfortable bed, big bright room and clean bathroom with a great shower. The nice guy at the desk recommended us some restaurants in town and we had a great stay! Thanks to the team! Only negative thing was that finding parking is very hard and expensive, I recommend to park a bit outside the city and walk/ Uber to the hotel.

Great hotel for the price near Salamanca’s old town. Clean rooms, quick check in. Bar was good and while we didn’t eat there the restaurant had a good looking menu for a very reasonable price. We would stay here again.

Lovely room and great views of the city from balcony. Also had meal in hotel restaurant which was great.

This hotel was great, and at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was included.

Enjoyed our stay here. But a little far out from the city centre. Nice rooms, good, friendly staff, very sociable lounge at night, although not very big. Would definitely stay again though, special mention to all staff who were very helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks a lot. Would recommend to all family and friends.

This is not a luxury hotel, but great value for money.
The hotel rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. The service at the restaurant was good and the people there were quite friendly. I would definitely recommend it to my friends if they ever go to Salamanca.

Lovely hotel located in the central of the city. Big and spacious with lots of rooms. The reception is good and friendly. Very fast checking in. A supermarket located just next to the hotel. Very convenient. Big dinning hall too.

Absolutely splendid hotel. Beautifully designed interiors replete with large scale slab stone walls and floors. Well decorated with artwork from classic to modern.

Attentive and friendly staff from the main desk to the restaurant and bar and service staff.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed containing all the essentials - in-room safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, spa shower, desk and chairs. The beds are some of the most comfortable we have found in hotels with excellent pillows. Noise levels are minimized compared to most European hotels so sleeping is not often interrupted depending on the activity of your neighbors. However, all in all, very quiet rooms.

The hotel restaurant has fabulous daily menus as well as a complete a la carte menu. Reasonably price considering the facility, options and quality of the dishes. Superb wine list. The semi-attached hotel bar is well stocked for almost any concoction you might wish. Excellent label selections.

Definitely will stay here again when returning to Salamanca.

Close to the centre of town 10 minute walk to the famous Plaza Mayor, very clean and comfortable, great price and excellent service. Best of all underground safe parking in a town where parking is near impossible anywhere.

Staff not overly helpful...not sure why... I say this often but we are not an interruption of your work. We're the reason for your work.

Beautifully decorated rooms with amazing showers, jets everywhere! An easy walk to Plaza Mayor which is a must do at night,.

We stayed here as part of a group and ate the hotel for dinner. This was very disappointing, we had some sort of stew, boiled rice and chips. Very odd.

We often stay here on our to and from Santander to Malaga. Very convenient for Plaza Mayor. Parking is under the building and accessed via keycard and electric door. Rooms always spotless and beds comfortable. Staff speak English and always friendly and helpful. We usually stay 3-4 times a year.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the historical center. The staff are very friendly - nothing was really too much to ask. All facilities work flawlessly. An overall great experience.

It is a great 4 star hotel, with all the necessary amenities, including a frigobar, the rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable, it is very well located and the staff is helpful and speak a good English to help, give directions and suggestions.

Big rooms, very clean, warm people! Very good position: 10 minutes walking from the city center and a supermarket in the basement, plenty of small restaurants and caffeterias all around.

Good hotel, bar, restaurant & parking. Staff friendly. Location excellent.
