Hotel Cibeles Playa

Really good hotel. Very friendly staff who were very nice to speak slower in Spanish ( thank you ). Room was lovely and clean. Slept really well. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. I'd recommend staying here.

Conveniently located close to the beach, the rooms are spacious and very clean. One thing that you should bring with you are ear plugs, the noise from doors closing and at night, the restaurants downstairs is pretty upsetting. The pool is rather small size but does the job for a quick swim.
I've been impressed by one of the receptionist, Mila, incredibly helpful and apt, she was very quick to resolve any issues, always with a smile on her face, a true professional.

Wonderfull Hotel. The staff are friendly yet professional offering excellent service.
The public areas are extremely clean as is the bedroom.
House keeping every day with bed sheets changed atleast every other day.
We request extra pillows and these were dilivered within a few minutes. No request is too much for the team.
The food is excellent. A buffet style breakfast and lunch has a wonderful selection of both hot and cold foods which are closely monitored by the staff. Nothing is let to get empty or cold.
I can't praise the hotel enough.
The only fault I can see is that it is a three star hotel where it should be four star.

The room was very clean , they clean every day and change the towels , the buffet was generous and finnaly the prices are very cheap compare with other offers with the same servicies . I always back to this hotel when I have plans in Gandia !

It is a very nice hotel, good locațiune near the beach and bus station, a lot of restaurantes arround. Room with sea view , large bathroom with big mirror.

Only the TV remote didn't Work properly, but IT wasn't too bad

Very helpful staff during what was for us a stressful time. They could not have been more accommodating.

The rooms and the service were great, short walk to the beach, and they dealt with my English speaking family with respect and patience.
