Itv Ondara

This review is for the Ondara centre and its' staff.

Unlike the Sitval website (I suspect designed by one of Sitval's director's nephew who is 'really good with computers'?) I found all the staff, at the Ondara centre to be efficient, professional, polite and friendly. This was my first Itv and my Spanish is still poor so I was quite wary about being a nuisance to the tester, but he could not have been nicer, was very patient and spoke good English. Yes, your appointment time is actually a 'join the 90 minute long queue' time but once you get to the front, the process is quick and easy. 5 stars for the people who do the work, 0 stars for the company they work for.

For the first time ever I arrived to no queues at all. I was in tested and out before my actual appointment time. The new company seems to be very efficient. I'll see how next year goes!

The staff in this centre are outstandingly helpful. They help to make a task which nobody really likes much easier. I will use this centre again next year please God.

Did the technical inspection for my 20 year old car. The technician was thorough and very professional. In fact the whole process was carried out fast and professionally. From the moment I arrived for my appointment, the administration, paid my fees and actual inspection was all well done. Keep up the great work.

I explained.sorry my Spanish is very bad .but I needn't have stressed as the.guy was very helpful and spoke better English than my Spanish. All staff were very patient and helpful. Will definitely recommend .

Very good service. Polite friendly staff. It was busy and running 15 minutes late but considering the amount of vehicles they process per hour it is a testament to efficiency.

Justified my Spanish lessons! Seriously, it was a good learning experience. I cannot understand why the fee can only be paid by cash. The staff were very nice 👍

Ok. There is nothing fun about getting your vehicle license inspection done. I won't pretend that it's any more fun here! However, the folks at this station are incredibly professional and work hard to make your experience efficient. I have just registered imported motorcycles and am very thankful to the group here who moved me through as quickly as possible and helped explain what's next. Maite was particularly thorough and efficient. Many thanks.

My Spanish is not very good and all the staff I encountered either spoke English or were very patient . Efficient ,thorough & helpful....in and out in under 30minutes....great service!

Allways they doing a very exact and correct check. Today they had some problems with the measuring equipment of emission, but it was very quick fixed by the lead engineer. A intermittent error of a computer cable, which is not easy to find. Then they have forgotten the permiso de circulation, but the tecnican guy surched together with me the document, finally he found at the final desk, where you get the labels... But they where really helpful and allways kind and frindly, especially in the beginning of the business on a Monday morning with a growing que, again nice Team and quality first with excellent problem solving mindset.

Try getting the early morning bookings to avoid longer waiting times. Many of the staff are bi-lingual. They are also helpful and friendly.
