This is a very fun spot to have dinner in Madrid. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.
The staff was so fun and very kind. It was our last night in Madrid and they sent us off with free shots and a bottle of wine. ❤ The food was perfectly made typical Spanish style food with some extras you don’t usually see. We had the broken eggs (fried eggs over potatoes with ham), the pedron peppers, and the massive mixed carne grill (it’s enough for like 4 people jfyi) everything was absolutely delicious. We also had gin & tonics with the BIGGEST Gin pour I’ve ever had! Thanks for making our last day so memorable!! RING THE BELL!!!! 🔔

LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE
In the city center, amazing atmosphere, focused on the people, loud, busy but I like this kind of restaurants.

SERVICE
You can see they care about the guests + they speak english which is a rarity. Friendly and professional.

PRICE
I would say cheap prices for the amount and quality you get. Lentil stew that I ordered was 12€ and I could fill up 4 plates. Meat plate for 46€ is easily for 3-4 people. Slice of tortilla de patata for 4.50€ is a banger.

FOOD
Very good quality, delicious, meat is still frying when they serve, everything was good.

OVERALL
After my 3rd time in Madrid, this could easily become my favorite place to eat. Really, I recommend it, go and try, you will not be hungry.

Las Brrasas de Vulcan is a traditional Spanish/Madrid restaurant. It's a MUST TRY. Our waitress, Julianne (the girl from Venezuela 🇻🇪 ) was AMAZING. She was very attentive and informative. The food, we ordered the house sangria, excellent. We ordered the meat parilla, God, this was so much grilled meats on this plate you cannot go wrong ordering this plate. Get it! We also ordered the chiken and seafood paella. Excellent! Fresh seafood and perfect spices. Julianne even hooked it up with iberico jamon slices. Sooooo good. Again, this is a MUST TRY IN MADRID. DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS RESTAURANT.

Amazing food and very nice people! The food is very genuine and with the daily menu you get to chose a main course a second plate and coffe or dessert plus a drink for 12 euro. Portion are quite big. The place itself is very characteristics

I have enjoyed having lunch and dinner at this place at several occasions in a row. Amazing ratio quality/ quantity at good price.. I was attended by Marcos who has always offered an outstanding service and quality support. I will absolutely repeat the experience, mainly by ordering the daily menu! . This place is highly recommended!!

Great atmosphere and reasonably priced. Tried the gallos a la madrilena and was not disappointed. Great conversations with our waiters Felipe and Gaston.

I walked in the restaurant by mistake. I found out after I sat down and looked the menu. I told the staff where I planed to go, one the staff guided me to my restaurant and handed me to the bartender, made sure I have a place to stay. I will dine there on my next trip to Madrid.

This place is fantastic! Excellent food and great service. Its open late and they're really great about not pressuring you to get out after your meal. Will suggest the calamari and just about everything meat based on the menu is fantastic. They're good about working with you if you don't speak Spanish as well.
