OK Mobility - Aeropuerto Granada

Service at the counter very good. I had a Link & Co 01 plug in hybrid. Very impressed. I'll use OK Mobility next time I'm in Spain.

I had the pleasure of renting the Cupra Formentor from OK Mobility, and it was an outstanding experience overall. The vehicle’s comfort was truly impressive, providing a smooth ride that handled corners with ease. Driving this car felt like a dream, and it performed flawlessly in various conditions.

The customer service from OK Mobility was quick and efficient. The staff clearly explained all the details, making the entire process transparent and stress-free. Their professionalism added to the enjoyment of the rental experience.

However, there were a couple of minor issues. The lane-keeping assist was not working, and the vehicle’s screen wash tank was not topped up. Though these were small inconveniences, they didn’t detract much from an otherwise excellent experience.

I would highly recommend OK Mobility and the Cupra Formentor to anyone looking for a premium driving experience paired with top-notch service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and aside from a few minor details, my rental was flawless.

Everything was perfect. The car was ready when we arrived at the airport and the return was quick without any problems. The car (Renault Clio) was in very good condition.

i loved the service that Andres gave us. we had an upgrade from a golf to a Lync and Co aromatic. it made everything easier for our family. I will definately be renting from them every time I Fly.

It was my first rental with this company. And as per my first experience, It was really pleasant.
Staff was really nice and friendly.
They only took 100 euros for deposit and after the return I got the same back in few hours.
I would recommend to take the car with premium insurance, just to have a peace of mind. It won't make a lot of difference in price, however you can avoid misunderstandings regarding the new and old body scratches.
Additional point - they din have the car I booked but they offered me a better one.
Also small note which I missed - you driving limit is 300 kms per day , meaning if you have booked your car for 2 days, you should not drive more than 600 kms..

The office is super easy to find inside the airport. I found some other car rent companies take a break time for siesta time but not this one. Def, I'd recommend it to my friends ;)

Easy car return at Granada airport. Just follow the sign that saids rent a car and the return lot is to the left parking lot. Staffs are very friendly there!

Impeccable service by OK Mobility - Granada.
The staff at the desk is very friendly, helpful and professional, and gives clear explanations. We could experience this at both occasions, picking up car and returning the car.
The car itself was like new and very neat.
We highly recommend !!

Amazing, friendly service. Picked up the car in Madrid airport and the shuttle ride was easy. Returned the car in Granada. Easy all the way. Friendly staff. And great rates too.

I rented a car in Seville and drove across Andalusia to Granada and both locations had excellent customer service, great prices, cars are clean and in great shape. I can only speak English fluently and everybody was very accommodating of that. I would definitely rent from this company again.

My wife and I used OK mobility to rent a Car from Seville - Ronda - Nerja- then returned at the Granada airport. I speak next to 0 Spanish, but the staff was still super helpful and it was a very comfortable process all together. I would recommend this rental service to others.

Great service at pick up and drop off in Granada airport. Car was immaculately clean and in excellent condition so I didn't need to contact them during my rental period. Highly recommended 👍

The hire car OK cars at Granada Airport is fantastic and I have used them on many occasions. The service is second to none and the manager is exceptional she works so hard and has a good rapport with her staff which really shines through. Every time I rent a car they have exceeded my expectations and nothing is too much trouble. They always have a smile on their faces and I have actually come to enjoy renting cars from this company. Normally when you rent a car you dread it not with this company. They are very professional, quick and happy people. I would highly recommend them. 5 star service!!!

Nice friendly guy at the desk, but only one so our 30 minute wait was just a bit too long (takes 5 to 10 mins per booking), I would have given them 4.5 stars if possible but decided 4 was too little.
We had booked through Do You Spain and used their excess protection policy, not OK's. So we were asked if we had our own excess insurance and when we said "Yes" he was fine with no attempt to say it wouldn't be any good etc. We did have to leave the excess blocked on a CC of course.

We ended up with a bigger nicer car than booked (they had run out, no cost to us of course, in fact we asked for and got a bigger boot which helped a lot), very clean and in good condition with just a very small mark on plastic trim which we went back to mention and were told to take a photo and show them when we came back.
When we took the car back and showed the original mark and photo our form was checked-off as OK.
Would use them again, nice and convenient as the desk is in the arrivals hall and the cars are in the car-park just a minute's walk from the hall.

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. The vehicle was also perfect.
