We have all absolutely loved our stay here so much. So many of the staff go the extra mile. Our daughter loved the kids club, which is amazing and the staff there are all so lovely. Children cannot be bored here. The reception manager was very helpful and one of the chefs went out of his way to make us a vegan pasta dish with vegan pesto which was delicious. The hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities. The bar and restaurant staff are fab too. Loved the lady in the snack/gift shop too, who was so sweet with our daughter. We would definitely come back here again in a heart beat and can't wait to do so. 😀 😊

An incredible weekend getaway with my entire family in the hotel. From housekeeping to the restaurants, everything was absolutely impeccable. The animation staff made it an experience even more memorable. Big shoutout to Raul, Sara, Jaime, Antonio and Sergio from the animation department. Thank you for a job well done 😊

We cannot fault a thing in this hotel. Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble for the team! Everyone is welcoming and this is our 2nd year coming because of all these reasons. Even when the weather was not the best the staff made it priority to boost morale and liven our spirits!

We will be coming back in April/may again for our 3rd trip because we feel so at home!

We spend an amazing time at this hotel beginning of September! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we particularly loved the restaurant! There was a variety of dishes, the staff tidied and served the tables really fast, helped in choosing the best dish, and we especially want to thank the waiter Ramo, who worked really hard and fast to make us customers happy, and him being so positive and attentive, brightened our day every time we met him!! Thank you so much, Ramo!! We will definitely think fondly of our time here and hope to come back again!

From the beginning of our stay till the very end, from the reception staff to the animators it's been an amazing experience everyone was just amazing including the food, I want to give a special thanks to (animators) Viano, Raul, Clara, Sara, Carlos, Sergio, Daniel in bar, lucia and JP in reception and the manager of the hotel Javier ( Sorry if I forgot anyone's names but absolutely everything and everyone were amazing, they made us feel SO WELCOMED just like we were going to a friend's house to stay for the week, we made some amazing memories not just for us but for our kids too and we will definitely be back again and hopefully soon :) muchísimas gracias a todos ustedes nos encantó mucho estar en vuestra casa :)

Great experience!

Loved our all-inclusive stay in this property. The room was great, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The hotel is spacious with lovely pool areas and bars. The food and drinks were ample, and the entertainment was great. Altogether it was a great experience!

The beach was not great but good for walking. The location of the hotel is a bit remote for public transport, but both Estepona and Marbella are within easy taxi commute distances.

All staff were friendly and helpful, right from reception, room service to the restaurants. Even with our very little knowledge of Spanish, we were surprisingly comfortable.
Special mention for Ramon in the buffet restaurant, he is a star!

Lovely and kind staff, wonderful room with an amazing view on the sea. Dinner and breakfast with a lot of choice ! Such a nice place !!

From the initial drive into the hotel you get a vibe & it was a lovely setting so that was a good start. Reception was very clean fast & very friendly, could not have been better. We were in room 1603. Again first impressions last, when we entered the room it was airy very clean . The balcony was big with a very nice view of hills & the sea which was lovely for sitting having a quiet drink. Hotel itself is big but very well laid out in lovely grassland. Plenty was of space & loads of sunbeds by the pools & free WiFi throughout the hotel.... The food was buffet style with loads of choice for all tastes & was lovely.... All the staff were very friendly from cleaning staff to animation staff... We will definitely be back as it was a perfect holiday & ticked all the boxes if you want a quiet break...all inclusive even gave named brands such as Smirnoff & Havana club...well done to all the staff for making it a fantastic stay...

Food is tasty and good with a diversity!
At the swimming pool you are feeling like it is for older people.
Not able to play good music and when music playing it is very low quality and sound.
I don't know but they need to make you happy with music and entertainment!!
Tried to buy some sardines but they close at 16:00!
Just a few staff members able to speak English.

We had two grandmothers, an aunt, two parents, a 7 and a 3 year old stay in 2 x large family bedrooms. They were clean and comfortable and a huge bathroom.

On the balcony there are two plastic chairs, a table and clothes line, perfect to dry off damp towels and swimming gear. There is a fridge that will keep your drinks cool, however there is no kettle. You can request one in reception for €20 and they will also provide you with a selection of teas. There is also no iron. The aircon in the room was good at keeping the rooms cool and you can set the temperature.

There is a kids club with activities for 5-8 year olds and 8-12 year olds. This is located by the playground, mini splash park and children's paddling pool altogether in one area.

Evening entertainment starts at around 10pm and finishes around 11pm followed by a mini disco till midnight. This takes place by the bar next to the beach and main pool with the beautiful moonlight in the background.

Although the pool doesn't open till 11am, this suited us as we allowed the kids to stay late take part in the evening entertainment. This meant they woke up later and had breakfast later. This all worked out fine for us as everything got pushed out. The main pool is very large, and considering we went at peak holiday season and with the activities on, it was never too crowded. The main pool is 'L' shaped, so there are two shallow ends for kids to play at.

Also there is a small arcade inside, most machines require €1 coins to play. There is a change machine if change is needed.

Tip: Ask for your beach towels upon check in. These can then be returned upon check out. We were leaving early in the morning, so to save time, and not carry too much, we returned them the night before.

Tip: If you plan for an early night and need quiet, don't have a pool view as this is where the evening entertainment takes place and doesn't finish till midnight.

Could find no faults,first time abroad for my grandchildren,Was group of 6 of us,Rooms were immaculate, housekeeping was friendly,she cleaned our rooms daily to a high standard.
Food was excellent, Entertainment in evening was enjoyable, Will be returning next year.

Arrived here last Tuesday week family of 4.
Greeted on checkin with Ruben very friendly & made sure we were aware of all the choices available to us on our all inclusive holiday. He helped us so much to sort our parking & everything for the week ( hightly recommend paying for the weeks parking ) as we had rented a car! Straight for lunch as we had an early start travelling from ireland 🇮🇪 the choice & the service was absolutely fantastic 👌 my 1 pet hate around the restaurant was that we barely had a fork put down & immediately were asked were we finished.
The pool was amazing loads of activities for the kids & the adults too 😀
On a personal note I want to thank the hotel for the most wonderful touch upon returning to our room on the evening of our son's birthday there was a note & goodies left for him. This is was so personal & so thoughtful thank you all so very much ❤

Recently returned from a family trip 9 nights all inclusive. Fantastic beach front hotel with 2 large pools and a splash zone/kids club area. The food in the Parole restaurant was varied and delicious and the kitchen staff replenished everything quickly. The chocolate fountain was a big hit with the kids!!
There's a 'loud' pool with music, entertainment and a bar and a 'quiet' pool with a side kids pool which we preferred. The beach isn't the prettiest I've seen but there are beautiful mountain sunset views!
Evening entertainment was varied and actually very good. Lion King and The Greatest Showman stood out for us.
The room we stayed in (family suite) was a little basic (not much decoration/painting etc) but did the job. It was spacious with a balcony and a large bathroom, and importantly a efficient and quiet air con.
All the staff including the kids club were very friendly and helpful. Those guys work hard!!

It's a very well located place. There are 2 pools, 1 noisy for families with young children, the other for adults longing to just relax. The rooms are nice looking and the beds are comfy. The restaurant Parole is buffet style and offers a decent variety of dishes for supper and breakfast. The only downside, parking is not included and waiting time at reception for any request is endless even when there are not that many people. However compared to all the benefits, this is really a minor issue.

Christophe in the restaurant was very attentive throughout our holiday and made our experience very pleasurable !

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful place to bring young children, with lots to keep them occupied. Great selection of food and drinks, with the buffet regularly replenished. Lovely location with plenty of space for everyone and wonderful views. Pools cool, but welcome in heat of the day. Room was basic and a little dated, but clean and mini fridge was useful. Air con not brilliant, but passable. Overall great holiday and plan on returning.

On arrival first thoughts bland and basic room overlooking car park but clean. All staff were happy and very welcoming with very good service everywhere was clean . The outside areas were very pleasant with plenty of sun beds.Lovely views of the sea.Eleanor who I believe has just joined will be an asset to the hotel. I was with family and friends and spent 5 relaxing days all enjoyed and we had no complaints.

Amazing hotel, with such an incredible staff especially Antonio from the entertainment team and Juan from the bar. Incredible experience!
