Alfredo Bar Restaurante

One of my husbands favourite places to eat when in marbella. We made a special journey last night just for this restaurant and it was so worth it. We had absolutely fantastic quality food, great services, brilliant drinks. The peppercorn sauce was one of the best I've ever had. Such a friendly place. Great value for money when you consider the nibbles you get included before and after your main meal and the house drink at the end. We had a great night and left absolutely stuffed

Could not give it a higher review, excellent on all score scales, particularly in it's quality and generous portions of food. A real long established Spanish traditional restaurant and well supported by the locals living there. Really well worth an experience. Friendly staff and quick service. Modest prices in the general area.

We arrived to San Pedro de Alcantara by bus end were looking for a place to have lunch. It was Sunday and everything looked very quiet. We spoke with a local who recommended this place. What we found was just great!

We sat outside as there were tables available on the patio. Service was friendly and menus and snacks came very quickly.

I had a very good rabo de toro. Very smooth and tasty. My daughter had a ibérico pork and wife ate cuttlefish. Everything was well made, quality ingredients and well seasoned.

By the time we were done the place was packed in and outside. Wonderful place!

A MUST TRY! Family owned and beautifully decorated with traditional Spanish pieces.
They'll happily whip up vegetarian or even vegan options that aren't listed on the menu. The vegetarian lasagna is amazing and the vegan grilled veggies was SO flavorful.

I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a toddler. Now at 24, it's our family's top choice for celebrations and birthdays. The place stands out for its genuine atmosphere, delicious food, fair prices, and familiar staff who've been around for years. The meatball appetizers and the cake served at the end of the meal are highlights. Definitely worth a visit – a solid 10/10 in my book.

Meat is outstanding. The prices are super good.

Alfredo is number restaurant In Marbella, I am big fan, and very loyal to them I consider my self as part of their family since was child. The restaurant is outstanding food quality, atmosphere, staff, service and prices. The owner is the best I never came to this restaurant and he didn’t provide me a complimentary dessert, besides that he always focus to his customers if they need any things or recommendations for order. Went here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. Very atmospheric place, the hall impresses with comfort, no one makes noise. Very tasty meals. The steak was flawless. I will definitely come again.

This authentic Spanish Restaurant is a hidden Gem! It looks nothing from the road unfortunately, but don't let the outside appearance cloud your judgement, give this place a GO!! In a word its EXCELLENT!! food wise, and the wine was superb too, some of the best I had on this trip of mine to Spain. The interior oozes charm, you're literally in the kitchen here! It's like being invited to someone's home for an intimate dinner!

Absolutely excellent. Simple and unpretentious. A variety of delicious grilled meat or fish with a choice of tasty chips or tasty sliced grilled potatoes. Amazing salads. Well priced. Very efficient service.

Great great service, the food is super delicious, my favorite enter was the Octupus. They also have a really good wine selection.

A hidden Outstanding gem, a traditional Spanish Restaurant with excellent food, service and cleanliness.
I’m sure many tourists don’t know this place exists and as far as I could see most of the diners were Spanish which also says something.
I was going to try this restaurant last year but the look of the exterior, as you will see from the photos, put me off, however you should never judge a book by its cover. We had lunch there today and we were very impressed, the outside seating was full so we sat inside the large restaurant. This is a family run business and we were greeted by both the owner and his son a very nice touch, I ordered the tuna steak cooked medium with salad my other half had steak and potatoes a traditional Spanish dish both meals were large portions, great value for money and delicious, what was nice to see is the meat and fish are fresh and you can see the products behind a refrigerated glass counter just like a butchers shop, looks like they sell the fresh meat as well. I will have the fillet steak next time, had one last night in another Local restaurant it was a much higher price and was a cooked frozen steak at least here it will be guaranteed fresh. I have included the bill in photos. Highly recommend this restaurant, as usual in Spain unless you say you don’t want bread they will just deliver it to you and charge. Toilets are large and spotlessly clean.
Back again today and I had a freshly cut Fillet steak cooked to perfection and very tasty best steak I have had in a long long time. The restaurant will close for holidays tomorrow 10th June for 10 days.

I recommend! They greet us kindly at the entrance. The service is fast and the food is delicious!

Very Spanish,delicious food(mixed fish was amazing and solomillo as well)good service,reasonable prices,only negative are dead animals on the walls ,I would definitely visit again!

Visited as a lone traveller, recommended by the lovely Spanish receptionist at my hotel as my normal local eatery was closed being Sunday night....I was not disappointed, the food was delicious as was the wine. The little extras olives, tapas treats were a superb addition.. Go you will love the friendly considerate staff, lovely vibrant atmosphere and the food is to feed your soul.. Thank you Alfredos
