One of the best tapas in Madrid! Good food too, especially Cachopo and Caldo Gallego. Fair prices and always cold beer and cider! But the highlight is Miguel, one of the best waiters in town. Always attentive and ready to serve a "chupito".

Found this place purely by chance. Had and English menu which was handy. The staff were very nice. The portion sizes for the tapas were VERY generous. The food was amazing.. recommend the fried anchovies, the clams and beans with ham and squid. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Really authentic and old-school bar in the Embajadores neighborhood. It’s what Spaniards call a “castizo” bar. They serve you very generous tapas with a caña. So if you’re hungry and you’re looking for a cheap bite, make sure to check out El Valle.

The staff dont speak English but their chef help us who speak english helped us a lot. Octopus is sooooo delicious which is the best dish i have ever tried. Squid with onion is also good. We also ordered lamp chop and omelet and salad. It's a place suitable for friends to share the dishes. Excellent! BTW coca cola is super good I dont know why.... But it's better than those I drank before... So weird haha

Bar-restaurante perfecto si estás por la zona y buscas un lugar donde tomar el aperitivo o ir directamente a por las raciones y platos :)

Sobretodo destacar el ambiente restaurante-de-barrio, sus raciones variadas y la gente que trabaja aquí: atenta en el trato y diligente con cualquier cosa que pides.

Como anécdota, las tapas en cada ronda que nos ponían iban cada vez a más: queso, empanada, albóndigas y, finalmente , paella. Con todo eso y 3 raciones que pedimos, salimos contentos y con ganas de volver el próximo domingo.

Un sitio que no puedes dejar de visitar si vienes por la zona, tanto para tomar unas cañas/vinos y raciones como para sentarte a comer. Buenas carnes, pescados, mariscos y embutidos… buena calidad, está todo muy bueno. El servicio sensacional.

El mejor restaurante de la zona. Totalmente recomendable, tanto para desayunar como para comer o tapear. El trato del personal es inmejorable. Enhorabuena a Julieta y a Joaquín por su gestión.

Estupendo bar-restaurante con especialidades asturianas y una amplia carta con carnés y pescados de primera calidad.
En la barra o en la terraza puedes tomar una cerveza o un vino con un aperitivo bueno y abundante.

5 estrellas, por qué?
1 por los camareros súper atentos, rápidos, amables y con sonrisa
2 la calidad de la comida, productos frescos y bien procesados
3 la carta y la pizarra
4 se podía hablar con mis comensales sin tener que gritar
5 sin reserva un domingo y prepararon y mesa rápidamente....
